The staff was so nice and helpful in checking in as some times it can be hard. But they were amazing in making the process easy especially with traveling 4 hours to a dance competition.

Was put in a room on the second floor. Made my way to the elevators, went to second floor… my room wasn’t there. Called the front desk and she gave me terrible directions to try and find another set of elevators. I attempted to find them all while juggling 2 very heavy bags. I ended up requesting to be moved to a closer room. Not sure why she didn’t give me the instructions to the room the first time instead of letting me wander trying to find it. The bed had black hairs all through it, and the room was freezing! I called downstairs to let them know it was very cold in my room and she suggested moving me to another room. Not an option as it was 2 am. So I asked for extra blankets… she said that she can get some for me. She did not clarify if she was bringing them or if I had to go downstairs in my pjs to get them. Laid in bed waiting for 30 minutes, then I just folded the blankets in half and tried to sleep. All in all the worst hotel in Lloydminster I’ve stayed at. I will not be back. Very poor customer service and the dirty rooms took the cake. I’ll be revoking my travel lodge membership. Such a gross experience on a night out I rarely get. Waste of money. Oh, and no one at the front desk for checkout to address these complaints with. Cool…

The accomodation is affordable and good breakfast menu.

The team at Travelodge Wyndham Lloydminster were exceptional and some of the friendliest staff - kind, accommodating and authentic. The room was clean and simple. The water slides and hot tub were the highlight for our family. The restaurant onsite, Longbranch, featured an extensive, “family joint” feeling menu and everything was delicious. Will stay there again next time we’re in town.

The breakfast was great. The hotel gives a hot breakfast including waffles and pancakes along with your basics like cereal, bagels, yogurts, muffins. We were very happy.

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Main floor hallways absolutely reeked like cigarette smoke, hotel needs to hire someone to upgrade/fix their HVAC system because the ventilation in there is awful. 1 of the 2 waterslides was down for repair with no notification whatsoever which was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel, for my kids to enjoy them. The pool deck is a death trap, absolutely deadly slippery once the water gets on it. It is not properly designed to slope to a drain to remove the accumulated water and the decking material is worn down and has no grip for feet. Breakfast was ok at best, 2/4 juice machines weren’t working, the poor lady restocking it by herself could barely keep up. My card worked fine but multiple other guests mentioned their cards constantly stopped working. Do better Travelodge!

Gave us a non smoking room by accident then tried making us pay a cleaning fee cause of their accident. Both rooms showers didn't work first room the tv didn't work and had no hot water from tap in tub or sink. Second room shower head didn't work and outside the back door were a bunch of squished eggs with dead birds in them and smelt like chlorine whole time both nights we were in it . Staff was alright and breakfast food could have been cooked a little longer

The hot tub sauna, and slide was broken . Lots of mold . Breakfast was very processed .

Friendly staff and very prompt. We had some issues with our door and room keys and they were helpful in assisting and fixing the issue. The pool is a bit chilly. Breakfast was standard for a continental spread. Lots of parking. Hotel is a bit of a maze so we had a little trouble finding our room the first time but overall - central location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good price and amenities.

Hot tub jets not fully working. Water slide had one slide of the 2 working. Shower did not drain properly

Poor layout, smells of cigarette smoke, outdated, bathroom size of a closet.

They put me my wife and my 11, 4, and 7 month old baby past all the smoking rooms that were labelled non smoking. And the breakfast was gross.

Hot tub was ok, pool area seems to be disintegrating. Room was clean.

It was a nice little stay. This is an older building that does show its age in places. The kids loved the waterslide option at the pool. Breakfast provided many options that accommodated all of my family's individual preferences. As I said, this is an older building where the hot water takes its time to reach the shower, and our light fixture required attention for a bulb change. Other than that, the room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating to ensure our comfort.

Breakfast fresh & sufficient. Honestly - to check in the receptionist was awesome especially when I got lost 3 times to find my room, that she moved me. This place is a maze!

Breakfast is great, good value. Staff is really friendly. Hot tub is only warm and one slide has bee broken for months. Rooms are always clean and overall a great stay. Will stay again.

Pool was freezing. One water slide was broken. Room was dirty. We got moved to a second room that was supposed to be cleaner but it was not. Breakfast was also disappointing- a can of fruit salad, some bread for toast with a toaster that kept on breaking and some pancakes and waffles which weren’t too terrible. The hot food was some potatoes, and ham that was over cooked. The staff was nice though and seemed willing to help but it’s hard to help when the cleaning staff doesn’t do their job, or their hands are tied cuz the manager won’t buy a new toaster. It’s just a poorly managed hotel. This was our second time trying this hotel, as the first time was similar and we thought we would give it a second chance. We won’t be staying again.
