La habitación maya grandes espaciosa cómodo pero la televisión es vieja y no logra conectar a internet , el cual también es deficiente. El área de regadera de la Habitación es de tina pero no tiene manija de seguridad para salir de ella por lo q una persona mayor o de baja estatura no es seguro su descenso, Agua de los grifos es salada aunque se q nos es potable

Un poco Más De limpieza diaria en la piscina agua y en el Jacuzzi lo demás 10/10

This place is in a great spot, which makes it perfect for families! But it’s clear that it needs some serious updates. As someone who’s been coming here for years, I’ve always thought it was a family favorite. Still, it’s really important that the management steps up and makes things better right away. The rooms, especially, could use some help. They’re missing things like mini-fridges, microwaves, updated bathrooms, and better flooring. Considering how much it costs, I thought these upgrades would have been done by now. The restaurant also needs a good makeover. It’s not bad, but it could really use a fresh look, with better food and a more skilled kitchen team.

We would of easily give five stars to this resort. But the wifi doesn't work. No wifi in the room and some outside the room. The staff indicated the attena has been been fixed for over 6 months. This is extremely poor service to their guest. For many of us, having Internet access is important especially since we don't have local service in the area. So, not smart tv services in the room as well

Stay here it is the best and dont miss thr the festival in JULY IT IS THE BEST

Been here a couple times and kids love that it is beach front and the large pool. Room very spacious but there was a leak in the toilet/tub. Floor was very wet anytime water would turn on.
