Never book this hotel, poor customer service. Rooms are terrible. V old and filthy place.

Beautiful View Helpful and Friendly staff Good food

Tired outdated shabby hotel. I’m sure back in the day it might have been great but now it just needs a jolly good clean. Couldn’t connect to WiFi and it didn’t even reach the room. It was fine for one night stay before a very early flight but if I’d come here for my holiday I would have been very disappointed.

De kamer was goed, prachtige locatie. Helaas was er ook een bruiloft midden op het zwembad terrein wat een ongemakkelijk gevoel gaf om te blijven en gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. We zijn daarom eerder vertrokken.

The Bogamalo beach is wonderful but the property needs improvement. There was construction going on continuously during Christmas time which was a big spoiler. Rooms had a distinct odor typical of insect sprays. Food was ok but overpriced. Gym condition was poor.

Nice clean property, beautiful pool and spacious room advertised as hill view. I was given room 901 with no view only a very large rock could be seen not really an issue. There were no wifi in the room and issues with the tv as well. Talked to reception they sent someone to fix it. He said he will bring a router, never seen him again!

Decent enough stay but not great value for money. Really did not appreciate being woken at 9:50 at night by maintenance drilling outside our room. We’d been up since 3 catching a flight there!

Just amazing! View of the sea is to die for and the staff is super friendly, prompt and caring. Neat, clean linens, washroom, surroundings. Great tasting food. What more can one ask for.

The good stuff: - Hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to GOI airport, perfect place to stay if you have a flight the next day. - It is also fantastically located right next to a picture perfect beach. - The Duty Manager Rita is amazing - introduced herself to us immediately upon check in, made herself available if we needed any advice or support, offered advice and suggestions for us based on our movements. Stepped in and helped us resolve an issue with the restaurant. The not so good stuff: - Hotel and rooms are dated. Could do with a refurbishment to bring them up to a modern standard. - Pool is fantastic and refreshing, but could be better maintained (cleaned). - The activity operators operating on the beach next to it are dodgy scammers - steer clear of the beach activities. - Had a run in with the restaurant, the food took in excess of 2 hours to reach us. Resturant staff and manager were unsympathetic, did not communicate, and came up with a compensation they subsequently revoked. Luckily, the Duty Manager Rita listened to us in the morning and came up with a satisfactory resolution.
