Struttura leggermente fatiscente, la stanza non era pulitissima, con diversi ragni sulle pareti e la mancanza di zanzariera nel bagno rendeva la stanza un covo per le zanzare, la chiave della stanza inoltre era un passepartout, il prezzo è decente (altrove ho pagato di più per condizioni peggiori), ma la struttura è vicinissima alla stazione di Mestre e alla fermata dell'autobus che porta diretto a Venezia, quindi è stato molto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile, nulla da dire a riguardo

Slitet hotell men helt klart värd pengarna! Vi var 3 pers åå betalade ungefär 300 kr per person per natt. Fint badrum som måste vara hyftsat nyrenoverat, dock luktar det rök i badrumet. Mycket nära stationen. 10 min gå till stationen åå sen 15 min till venedig centrum. Ena bussen vi tog från venedig gick 50 min från hotellet. Kanske inget för barnfamiljen men för undomar är det underbart! Rekommenderar till priset! Billigast i venedig!

I was told that the quad room is no longer available, even though that is what I booked. I was offered 2 rooms that each can have 2 people, for the same price. I accepted. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. It was just a floor, 4 walls, and a bed, and an old bathroom that was not upgraded. Painted in drab colors.

Value for money and relatively easy to Venice old town

terrible nothing like advertised felt like a prison host was nice but everything else absolutely horrid massive saftey hazard everywhere mould exposed wire.

My experience was fantastic. Service was very good.

If you are passing through Venice and want to spend one or two nights, just sleep and rest, this is quite affordable, otherwise the accommodation is terrible.

El edifico en general se ve terrible descuidado, la limpieza del baño de las habitaciones es fatal casi inexistente y la zona se ve peligrosa

This is a very basic, low-budget accommodation. The bathroom was not very clean, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the location is convenient—within easy reach of both the train station and the bus to Venice. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you're on a tight budget and only staying briefly.

Very basic. The parking rule wasn’t explained fairly on Xpedia. It showed parking available but onsite the staff said its paid for £10 a night.

Esperienza pessima, tanto che abbiamo deciso di andare via prima del previsto. A gennaio, trovare un bagno senza riscaldamento è inaccettabile, soprattutto con temperature rigide. L'acqua calda era praticamente inesistente, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più sgradevole. Il pavimento e il soffitto erano in pessime condizioni, con crepe e segni evidenti di scarsa manutenzione. L'unica nota positiva è stata l'accoglienza: il personale è stato cortese e disponibile, ma purtroppo questo non è bastato a compensare le gravi mancanze della struttura. Non torneremo e non consiglieremmo questa esperienza

Un hotel miteux. Le genre d'hotel qu'on réserve parceque les autres sont pleins. Le receptionniste ne voulait pas nous prendre pour je ne sais quelle raison alors que nous avions la réservation. Etre obligé de discuter pendant 30 minutes pour avoir la chambre. Chambre sale, le menage n'avait pas été fait depuis un moment. Pas de chauffage, ni de couverture, nuit glaciale. Reveil tôt car nous entendions tous les autres voyageurs. 85 euros pour cela, ça fait mal.

Staff was very polite and explained everything. The room was cheap and in convenient location- about 8 min walk from Mestre rail station. Location was crucial to us for this one night stay on budget. The conditions of the room and bathroom unfortunately are questionable, tiny shower with a curtain, hard rock pillows, only 1 working socket. However, it is bareble for a short stay so if you're on a budget, go for it...
