Great little well-placed spot in heart of Madrid. Perfect for anyone wanting close access to the subway, downtown shops, restos, bars clubs etc. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Bedbugs. El hostal bien ubicado, y el personal muy atento. El problema es qué el colchon de la habitacion en la qué me aloje (206), estaba llena de bichos. Estuve 2 noches, la primera no me di cuenta , la segunda me levante con picaduras hasta en los parpados.

La ubicación del hostal es perfecta, buenos sitios para comer cerca y lugares emblemáticos. Muy buena atención por parte del personal, buenos servicios y un puntazo el aire acondicionado.

The staff was helpful. The location is good and close to many places. However, the room smelled bad. The bed cover was not clean, I couldn't use it. The toilet paper was the cheapest.

ここはホスタルではなく、ペンションに変更されています。場所は古いビルの３階です(ヨーロッパ式２階） いつもスタッフは不在で、３泊しましたが、チェックインの時しか見てません。チェックアウトは鍵をポストに入れます。 ホテル到着の15分前に電話するように、スペイン語のメールが来ます。 電話をすると、español!と言われます。私の場合はイタリア語が話せるので、少し会話ができましたが、英語しかできない人は無理かも。実際、毎日、宿泊施設のビルの入口で何回もベルを鳴らし続ける人を見ました。 部屋は不潔で、設備はボロボロ。エレベーターもエアコンも故障していて、タンスの一部も壊れていたり、ゴミが入っていたりします。冷蔵庫もポットもありません。 ３泊しましたが、掃除もタオル交換もありません。 １泊２００ユーロも取られましたが、バックパッカー用の宿と思った方が良いです。

En 5 días nunca hicieron aseo ni cambiaron toallas Mikkel un amor... Cuando le dijimos dos veces que se caía la pata de una cama nos la cambio

Excelente alojamiento , muy céntrico ideal para visitar Madrid con gusto regresaremos. La atencion de Maikel excelente siempre atento nos apoyo mucho muy recomendable
