The rooms were beautifully cleaned, plenty of clean towels. The staff went over and above to help. And fulfil your needs. Breakfast and dinner was truly enjoyable with every food you could possibly want, fresh and plentiful. The hotel was truly relaxing, with a beautifully calm and relaxing feel.

The hotel is super! The only problems had been the dinner at the buffet restaurant( real bad experience) and even the breakfast ( a lot of different food/offers but poor quality( for us). It has been strange because the hotel is very nice, nice clients and very kind service.

Its an amazing hotel

Alles wat je van een vijf sterren hotel mag verwachten was aanwezig. Mooie kamer, heerlijk eten, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en veel mooie voorzieningen. In één woord geweldig.

L’hôtel Riu Palace Meloneras offre un cadre agréable, mais dans l’ensemble, il ne correspond pas vraiment aux standards d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Le restaurant principal dégage une odeur de renfermé, ce qui pousse la plupart des clients à manger à l’extérieur. La salle de bain mériterait une rénovation, et la réception manque un peu de modernité. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais une mise à jour serait nécessaire pour retrouver le niveau attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Single beds were not good. No ambience or music by pool Not seated to table which was disappointing

This was a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices. I chose the hotel as it had 3 restaurants but when we checked we were informed that the was no space in the restaurants only in the buffet. We had half board. That was poor for a 5 *. Buffet was ok if you like that way of having dinner. We were unlucky that it was cold in the canary island and very windy. The room had no heating system and they provided a small electric heater. I was surprised not to have a heating possibility even here. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough. Nice big rooms and beautiful swimming pools. Some parts of the hotel need upgrading to maintain the 5* status and keep the prices. It was not good value for money.

Me cobraron 400 euros por mi hijo porque la aplicación de hoteles.com no puso bien la edad y el hotel me cobró esa cantidad por el cambio de un bebé ( que venía por defecto) y un menos de 14 años. 400 euros por 4 noches. Tengo la factura
