It was more than expected in every way

Near center of city, staff was very helpful taking bags to room, arranged taxi for me, breakfast had a lot of selection, buffet long from 4:30 on.

Everyone was very helpful, took bags to my room, arranged AM taxi for me and gave me the cost.

O quarto tinha bom tamanho. Limpeza impecável. Tivemos um ponto com o retorno do odor do vaso sanitário e prontamente resolveram. Onquarto tem pé direito alto e bela decoração clássica, como todo o hotel. Banheiro pequeno. Poderia haver um armário ou prateleiras para o armazenamento de itens de higiene pessoal. Boa ducha. Otimas roupas de cama, mas os travesseiros poderiam ser mais baixos. Café da manhã muito bom, com boa variedade de frutas e pães. Front desk educado. Equipe de portaria excepcional.

Great location only a block from the main square. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. You enter into the property and are instantly walking into a beautiful and peaceful courtyard which our room was accessed from. This property was built in the early 19th century as a wealthy Spanish family’s villa, so it has a lot of historical charm and is well maintained. The included breakfast was of high quality and lots of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Cusco.

I enjoyed my stay at the Costa del sol. Excellent location within an easy walk to many of Cusco’s attractions like the Plaza de Armas. Very friendly helpful staff. Front desk speaks excellent English. My room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. It can get a bit noisy early in the morning when everyone is leaving for tours/airport: slamming doors and loud hallway talking. I would definitely stay here again.

Super central property, just a short walk to main square - The Plaza de Armas of Cuzco.

O hotel fica no centro histórico, a poucos metros da praça de armas, porém numa rua tranquila. Os quartos do prédio principal são espaçosos, pé direito duplo, porém a decoração é bem rústica. O café da manhã é muito bom, pátio central agradável. Algumas amigas tinham o quarto no prédio anexo e a experiência não foi boa, pois o quarto é bem pequeno. Então, importante ver onde será o seu quarto.

the whole customer service of the hotel was great! i had altitude sickness and they really took it upon themselves to help every guest. The rooms and buffet were amazing.
