The hotel building itself is beautiful and has a charming colonial style, which was the main highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property is in desperate need of a major renovation and update. The furniture throughout the hotel, including the lobby and restaurant, appears extremely old and worn. It honestly made us wonder if any of it has ever been replaced. Our room felt outdated, and the bathroom was very small, making it difficult to even close the door comfortably. We also noticed a strong sewer or drainage odor that was unpleasant during our stay. Upon arrival, we found that the bedding cover was dirty and had to request a replacement. The staff handled the issue politely and were friendly throughout our visit, which we appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. There were only a few options available, very limited variety, and only one fruit choice (watermelon). There was no cereal, very little bread selection, and overall not enough choices to justify staying for breakfast. We ended up eating at a restaurant outside the hotel instead. While the staff was courteous and the colonial architecture is attractive, the hotel needs a significant remodel, updated furnishings, improved room conditions, and a better breakfast offering. In its current condition, it did not meet our expectations

Check-in was great, and when we got to our room, we were impressed by how nice and attractive it looked. The hotel is in a great location, so we went out to explore the area and didn't return until around midnight. When I tried to take a shower, there wasn't a single drop of hot water. I ended up having to shower with freezing cold water, which was very disappointing. Before breakfast the next morning, I went to the front desk to report the issue. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do because maintenance wouldn't be in until 9:00 a.m. Having worked in hospitality myself, I felt there were other ways the situation could have been handled. For example, offering access to an empty room to shower or at least providing a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt like I was bothering her by bringing the lack of hot water to her attention. To make matters worse, the hot water issue was still unresolved when it was time to leave, so I had to take a second freezing cold shower before checking out. The room itself was nice and the location was excellent, but the issue with the hot water and the response from the front desk left a negative impression.

"La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la atención del personal fue muy amable. Sin embargo, mi experiencia no fue del todo satisfactoria: las camas rechinan al moverse, las cobijas tenían un olor desagradable, las toallas estaban muy desgastadas y deshilachadas, y el desayuno no cumplió con mis expectativas."

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, su personal es amable y están muy atentos a lo que requerimos. Muy buen servicio y una excelente estancia.

Mal el hotel ya que no me quisieron dar factura dijeron que expedia la tiene que dar porque a ellos se le pago y expedia investigando, NO DAN FACTURA porque es una empresa extranjera

Pool. Gym. Free breakfast. Staff is super nice and helpful. I have been staying here over 17 years. And has not disappointed. Very close to many shopimg store it's the downtown in zacatecas

El hotel le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. No había agua caliente. Las Chiapas estaban casi cayéndose. El desayuno era mucho muy limitado. Las sillas si no te agarrabas, te ibas de lado le faltaban patas el clima, no funciona la televisión tampoco el internet tampoco en fin, esperaba algo diferente.

El checkin sin problemas, la habitación cumple con buen aire acondicionado,el baño de muy buen tamaño, pedimos almohadas extras sin problema. Está todo cerca.

En relación al desayuno, lo podría mejorar en el café! No hay americano tienen uno combinado y no a todos nos gusta así, no hay pan de dulce, el que ofrecen es muy rico, calientito pero se agradecería una concha!!! Mmm
