Poor service at high cost

Located in 15 minutes drive to nearby industrial estates, nice hotel to stay. There is shopping mall also in nezt door. With clean and spacious rooms, you will get comfortable stay. Also, hotel follows all safety norms. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good with variety of items to select.

The hotel was just about ordinary for the tariff they charge. It might be OK for one person in a room but definitely not OK for 3 people. The room is too small for the 3rd person. They shouldn't allow the 3rd person at all as the 3rd bed does not allow any space to move around in the room. The location of the hotel might be convenient for the working professionals visiting the nearby industries. Bit, it is not suitable for families visiting for vacationing. There is hardly any footpath outside the hotel premises and the Metro construction is going at immediate outside, one will have to walk avoiding the heavy traffic. It is impossible to cross the road because of heavy traffic and Metro construction. The ambiance of the hotel was ordinary and no so good as some of the Key hotels I have visited elsewhere. Breakfast spread was quite good and buffet dinner was adequate. Service quality in the restaurant was good and pleasing. The quality of food was ordinary.

The staff was helpful and provided information for shopping, etc. My safe was not working and within minutes, someone came to fix it. Staff did not loiter around, everyone moved quickly and efficiently.

Keys provided while checking in did not work. Room service keeps telephone receiver down during evening and peak hours as they dont want to take orders. Dont have a good menu for for some light food. Huest was asked to go to room directly while checking in. Coffee is brought to room but no coffee cups even after reminding. Disgusting

Gym was not available on Sunday morning ,as the place was given for some external seminar.

It's a bit of a mixed bag. Small Room but good location for business. Simple amenities but with a Working Gym at this price point. So if you get to use all the amenities then it's a good value for money but if it's a pit stop, then a tad bit pricey.

방이 담배 냄새같은 쩐내가 좀 났지만, 객실 재 정비후에는 아주 좋아졌어요. 그리고 무어보다 위치가 아주 맘에 듭니다. 주변의 회사들과도 가깝고, 쇼핑몰과도 가깝구요

가격, 위치등을 고려해 본다면 아주 합리적인 곳입니다. 흡연, 비흡연룸이 조금 구분이 안되는듯 하지만, 아침식사나 전반적인 부분을 본다면 괜찮습니다.
