good space. old building & equipment. water is not clean. Bed is too hard. pillow is not flufy. Good service of small gifts during CNY.

房間很大，不過裝潢有點舊了

We stayed for one night with three of us and it was great. We had three beds and the room was super spacious. Very nice bathroom, though the bidet did not work. The location was great for our needs in a hopping part of town. Free parking. We needed an attendant to help park, but it didn’t really slow us down.

服務人員態度非常好，雖然飯店有點年紀，但房間很大很舒服，地下室停車時也有專人引導，房間也很乾淨！離勤美誠品很近，下次有機會會再入住！

When checked in , I was informed by the front desk that the room has been upgraded. But I'm not the golden award membership. The receptionist gave us two ice cream exchange coupons,and told us these can be use anytime. There are some snacks jar on a corner table beside the front desk. The room is spacious. We have two simple sofas, two bedside tables, a led TV,a hair dryer,a small refrigerator and a king size bed in it. The bed is big , but too hard for me. There is only a shower space in bathroom.

大部分都很好，服務也很好，唯一的缺點，房間空調不涼，需要處理一下，不過反應後，有臨時提供電扇，讓循環好一點，有比較舒適。

I was surprised at how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. I chose it for its location, but the pictures didn't make it seem that nice. The hotel is old, but the rooms seem newly renovated. We had a room with two double beds, and still had a sitting area and a small desk. The bathroom was very large, with an outside sink, a sink and toilet in one side, and a shower and bathtub in the other. The service at the front counter is good. In addition to breakfast coupons, we also got coupons for ice cream from the lobby. The manager even gave us some without the coupons! The breakfast was good. In terms of Western food there was cereal, toast, cake, fruit, and coffee. There was a lot more variety for Chinese food: congee, soymilk, miso soup, sweet baozi and mantou, a noodle station, rice, and various dishes to go with the rice, such as chawanmushi and pork stew.

入住四人房，但無法加一只棉被。冷氣空調作動聲音很大。其他服務都還不錯!!

工作人員服務親切熱誠, 房間非常乾淨, 舒適, 但是建議浴缸可以加裝浴簾, 以防止淋浴的水潑出或溢流到浴室地板上, 造成後面上洗手間的人使用不便! 另外一點就是設置在房間內洗手台下方的電燈, 無法關閉, 極大的亮度會影響睡眠 !

小蟑螂很多到處爬，然後抽屜還放前房客的東西感覺環境整潔不好，隔音也不好晚上和白天嬰兒哭聲很明顯

流理台下的燈管無法手動熄滅 影響睡眠，其他都還不錯。

這次的房間是在晚上10點半臨時找的， 住的房間應該是有整修過的。 整體很明亮，而且房間的插頭很多， 還附設USB插頭。 房間小而美，床偏硬，但我喜歡偏硬的床。 床是king size睡得很舒服，枕頭如果能給4顆就更好了 毛巾也附有3條，乾淨還有免治馬桶。 剛進去時馬桶的坐墊已經是開著溫熱了 在超強寒流這天感覺很窩心 可惜沒有早餐，但附近早餐很多。算是滿意的住宿
