Good hotel with a good service at the heart of the city strategically located with private parking. The pool is very small but it wasn’t busy either. Buffet breakfast was nice overall you get what you are paying. I won’t hesitate to go back to stay while in Chiclayo.

Located only steps away from the central square, ample restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, clean, very friendly personnel.

Great service and excellent staff

Although I have not been to the pool or the sauna or the hot tub, I can say that this hotel is magnificent. The breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices. The hotel staff is very helpful and cordial, from the entrance to the front desk personnel and the housekeeping staff; they are all very friendly. They helped me get taxis, copy papers, and even provided me with a needle and thread that I needed. They have laundry services, and the clothes can be pressed, folded, or put on hangers, your choice. I turned in some clothes in the morning, I arrived late in the evening, and my clothes were already in the closet in my room.

Relaxed and clean atmosphere. Staff was very helpfull. Also close to the main square so walking was easy.

Very good. Older property with excellent location. Everything in walking distance. One problem is the street noise that lasts until very late at night. Our suggestion install soundproof windows.
