Good hotel with a good service at the heart of the city strategically located with private parking. The pool is very small but it wasn’t busy either. Buffet breakfast was nice overall you get what you are paying. I won’t hesitate to go back to stay while in Chiclayo.

Needs to be renovated mainly at Washrooms areas.

The hotel in general is ok, workers are so friendly, ln the restaurant Stephanie is the best. Very clean room. Needs update washrooms : as bathtub sink and faucets quite olds.

When I arrived at the hotel Costa El sol, they couldn't find my reservation that had been already paid in full. They arranged for me to stay in neighboring hotel that I could not even sleep because I did not feel safe because of the poor condition of that hotel. I had stayed in Costa El Sol before and never had this problem. It was a nightmare to find out that their system did not have my prepaid reservation.

The room was unremarkable and typical for a standard hotel, but the desk service was unfriendly. I faced several issues during check-in and checkout. Upon my early arrival, the staff offered no alternatives, suggesting I wait on the sofa for six hours until I could check-in. The rudeness of the staff was shocking, and I was even urged to relocate to another hotel at 5:30 AM in a dangerous area. I took it upon myself to find an alternative hotel. At checkout, I noticed an unexpected tax charge (89 USD). It's baffling that a four-star hotel would provide such inadequate desk service.

He ido a costa de Sol de Arequipa y es servicio A1, la de Trujillo (volvería sin problema) Chiclayo no estuvo mal pero me molestó que le cobraron impuesto a mi esposo que no es extranjero a pesar que la reserva estaba a mi nombre, le pregunté si estaba segura (jamás nos había pasado) y me dijo que si así es que pague pero en mi siguiente parada que fue Piura decidí ir a otro hotel que no era Costa de Sol y no me cobraron ya que como le comenté a la señora de Chiclayo si la titular es extranjera no se necesita pagar el impuesto.

Our stay at the Wyndham Costa del Sol was great, as always. The personnel are very friendly, and any request is met immediately.
