No hot water at the shower, bathrooms are outdated, not 5 star

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans ce super établissement. La propreté de notre chambre ainsi que la qualité des équipements étaient plus qu’à la hauteur de nos espérances. Alena (à l’accueil) ainsi que Dan au spa, ont toujours été très accueillant avec nous. Ce séjour fut donc génial dans cet hôtel, que nous recommandons.

I stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned twice. However, the cleaning mainly consisted of making the bed and replacing towels. On my first night, I had takeout pizza, and the box with leftovers remained on the table for my entire stay. I’m not sure why it wasn’t simply removed. The wristband system for the pool and swimming area felt a bit unnecessary—more convenient access for hotel guests would have been preferable. That said, the pool itself was nice, and the bar was a great addition. Overall, the customer service felt rather formal and lacked a personal touch. For example, I was scolded for not wearing a shirt in the lobby after leaving the pool, and takeout food could only be eaten in the room. While I understand these are standard rules, a more flexible approach that considers the environment would have been appreciated. Breakfast, however, was very good overall All in all, 7/10

Ive stayed at this hotel several times on my regular trips to the city. For every time it gets a bit worse. Earlier it was still descent but now the rooms we had was superwarm during night (24-26 degress celsius) making it impossible to sleep. When complained in the reception they did not do anything about it. The tap in the bathroom sink could only deliver warm water, and the shower termostat was broken. The tap in the tub couldnt be turned on because it was installed in the wrong way. Maintainance is not their thing.

We are coming to this hotel every year for our vacation. Great place, rooms are nice , spacious and clean. Breakfast amazing, delicious large area to accommodate everyone. Staff is professional and kind. Plus the have a pool area . Thank you for everything. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends

3 star hotel.. AC didn’t work in Sept, their central system is either set for heat or cold, but not having the option for both.. there was zero warning and we had to find out the hard way tossing and turning thinking the AC was running when it was in fact the heater, finally calling Hotel technician at 4 AM to tell us and although the Display showed the AC was working when it wasn’t. Also note the hotel is old and a bit rundown, the floor was a little dirty as well. No espresso or Nescafé machine, only packaged Insta coffee and hot water. Food in the restaurant was average. Very disappointing overall.

10 years ago it was a great property, a real jewel. Now the lack of investment it shows up in a big way. We spent 3 nights at the hotel. During the last night they hosted 4 weddings, at the same time in 4 different areas. Apparently the management is trying to make a quick $, regardless of screwing up the customers that already paid for nightly accommodation. Exceptional breakfast and very accommodating staff, doing their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
