Property inside resort. Steps to village gondola. Hot tub and bbq nearby. Room is equipped with kitchen and household supplies and dishes. Room is older with a constant wet smell.

Panorama has a lot going for it as a summer vacation spot. Our kids had an incredible time in the pool and trying the ropes course and other amenities. However, in the future, our family will find a different rental unit until they make some upgrades. I'm not usually opposed to old facilities (I wouldn't have booked here if I was), but this place felt extremely industrial. From the cheap kitchen tap to the sticky kitchen table (the finish has worn and it feels gross) to the cold, white lights (warm lights would make such a difference!) and the noisy beds with loud, plastic sounding mattress protectors, the place left little to be desired apart from the facilities in Panorama. If this is your maximum budget, you'll still have a good time. A couple of tips: - bring a laptop (or other device) so you can connect it using the HDMI to stream shows (it's not a Smart TV). This was important for our kids' downtime. - there is no in-unit laundry (I'm used to places that have them!) so pack enough extras. One of the units beside ours had laundry and it was very noisy when they ran it. - there are a lot of steep stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern.

Stayed in Horse thief for 3 days and its total relaxation, we love the place and scenery of the resort surrounded by nature. Amazing experience, definitely will come back next year.

I didn’t like where I stayed. The bed was so uncomfortable and it was pouring rain that night. It was so loud. It sounded like it was raining in my room. I had to sleep on the couch.

This was our second time staying at the Horsethief Lodge at Panaorama. Everything is nice, clean, and cozy. The front desk staff are charming.

The accommodations are tight, but cleanliness and maintenance are excellent. The ski bus stop is at the edge of the property; If you drive and drop people off, it will take a maximum of 2 minutes. Parking a large vehicle is tight, but doable. The hot tub is actually hot. The convenience outweighs the tightness. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Underground parking. Easy check-in.

Our unit had excellent location across from hot tub. 2 bed 2 bath. Bedrooms on upper floor so nice separation from living room. Overall great condition. Stocked amenities. New appliances. Parking was difficult as the parkade has a very low roof and we needed to find parking outside despite our vehicle normally fitting in any other garages. Long trek with luggage was definitely a struggle. There’s outside stairs to get to unit, more stairs up to kitchen/living room then another flight to bedrooms. So not a good option for those with mobility concerns. Overall it was the best, most updated accommodation we’ve had at horse thief over 3 trips and I would book again.
