Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express & Suites KANSAS CITY KU MEDICAL CENTER by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The hotel begins on the second floor and rooms are on the 3rd and 4th, requiring key card access in the elevator. While convenient to the hospital and some easy accessibility to food, it is not a convenient hotel for someone who will need a lot of in and out, trips to the car etc.. Both of our key cards stopped working over the four days and had to be reprogrammed.

Didnt care for parking. I know there isnt a lot of room to expand, but i have bigger vehicle and it was tight finding parking. The only other thing was i was charged $14.28 when i checked in. I was giving a card to be on file. Was not explained what the charge was for or they were going to charge me. This is odd amount as well. Other than those 2 things it was a good stay. Love the location. It was clean and staff was friendly.

The beds are so comfortable in BW. This was too. Breakfast very good we were traveling so did not stay long

Dark, dingy and dirty. Could not believe I paid what I did for this room. Incredibly disappointed.
