Needs to watch details of cleaning, the bathroom was dirty

Great architecture and delicate decorations in the building. We enjoyed the warm welcome and nice food as well! We were especially impressed by the supportive reception from Fatima & Madiha and Maryem Elidrissi. Thank you!

Nous avons passé notre nuit de noce au Palais Faraj. La suite était magnifiquement décorée par la gouvernante Noura. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Petit dejeuner varié et copieux. L accueil etait chaleureux. C est un sejour de mille et une nuit que nous n allons jamais oublier.

Walking into the Palais Faraz is an impressive experience—the public areas are beautiful and exude a sense of grandeur. However, the experience in the room was less than stellar. The decor felt dated, though the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom design was not ideal for privacy. It combined the closet, walk-in shower, and toilet in one open area, with only a glass door for separation. Additionally, the shower didn’t drain well, leading to water pooling on the floor. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. However, the bar was surprisingly underwhelming, missing some of the standard offerings you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The location is both a pro and a con—situated on a busy road but conveniently close to the entrance of the Medina. Overall, while Palais Faraz has its moments, it doesn’t quite meet the standards of other 5-star hotels I’ve experienced. There’s room for improvement, particularly in the rooms and bar service.

The property is very clean, very well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the bar offer a verity of traditional Moroccan food and drinks. The breakfast is excellent.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Palais Faraj Suites and Spa. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff is welcoming, wonderful and so helpful. We found the dining for breakfast and dinner to be delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Nous ne garderons pas un bon souvenir de notre séjour . À notre grande surprise la piscine de l hôtel était vide et de plus des travaux etaient réalisés pendant le journée . Notre séjour qui devait être de tout repos s est transformé en une expérience désagréable . Nous avons quitté l hôtel un jour plus tôt. Je tiens à priser au à aucun moment de la réservation sur le site hôtel.com ce désagrément été précisé. Je suis à la fois déçu de l hôtel et du site hôtel.com

Beautiful place needs attention. Wonderful restaurant and staff throughout. Floor of bathroom was dirty (unidentified brown substance), mattress high in middle, low on ends and at headboard. Pool and other areas being jack-hammered with tile removal which made sitting outside at restaurant during day unpleasant. We were emailed that pool was undergoing maintenance the day or 2 before arrival—past deadline to cancel and book with another hotel. Bathroom and rest of room so dark I had to use flashlight to put on make-up! I would recommend restaurant completely, but not a stay in the hotel.

One of the best Riads we stayed at in all of Morocco. It is just outside the medina so car can go to the property unlike a lot of others where you need to walk in the medina from car park to the hotel. Beautiful property, had a great view of the medina, spacious and clean rooms (not common for Riads in medina), excellent service and staff, even had a gym, good restaurant with live music that we loved. Breakfast had plenty of options with a fresh omelette station as well. Overall amazing Riad!

Bir saray ortamında eşimle birlikte iki gece geçirdik Palais Faraj’da. Oda temiz, personel dikkatli ve Fez manzarası karşısında akşam yemeği güzeldi. Gün içinde eski şehrin curcunasından sonra otelin sessiz ve rahatlatıcı bir ortam sunması hoşumuza gitti. Teşekkür ediyoruz.
