洗面所の扉の内側のトッテが壊れていて、開け閉めに困りました。 4泊して、毎日お掃除に入ってもらったのですが、ベットメイキングはしているけれど、シーツは変えていなくてびっくりしました。 １日だけ、シーツを外して洗濯物のタオルと一緒に置いておくと、シーツは新しくなっていましたが、もう一つのベッドは使用したシーツのままでした。 コップも変えてくれないので、２日目からはホテルのものは何も使えなくなりました。 シャンプーリンスもなく、ボディソープで全身洗うようになってました。 お国柄なんでしょうか？日本のホテルとの違いにかなり戸惑いました。

Foi muito boa. Funcionarios muito educados. O chuveiro era muito bom. Café da manhã com sucos, frutas, pães, queijo, presunto, etc. Quarto com tamanho bom (estávamos em 3 adultos). Recomendo o Hostal Abadia.

Amei o quarto e a cama super confortavel, as meninas da limpeza sempre deixava as toalhas em formato de coração e todo dia era trocado e limpo. O café da manhã tem o basico mas que funciona para passar a manhã e a recepção foi ótimo com todos os funcionários! Voltaria outras vezes e sem falar da localizaçao, fizemos tudo a pé e sempre que precisavamos ir no banheiro ou guardar o hotel estava a 5 min de tudo!

Desayuno estupendo, es lo mejor. Lo otro súper bueno es la ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación. De malo: el tamaño del baño, las escaleras para subir al espacio donde está la cama y la cama pegada a la pared terrible

Amazing stay!! Very reasonably priced and it very convenient everything was walking distance.

The property is an old style looking building so it’s perfect if you are looking for the full Madrid ambience experience. The rooms are very small and rustic. But they are very clean and they make the best to make it as lovely as possible. I loved the balcony over looking the street. It was perfect for the experience. The breakfast is in a small building next door. I recommend going for breakfast between 7:30 and 8:30. It’s the only time when it’s peaceful. Otherwise you might have to wait in line outside. Overall I have no complains. The location is perfect, the service was great, the rooms were as described and everything worked without a problem. Reception is on the second floor. So don’t get scared when you get there and there is just a close door. Press the intercom and they will let you in.

As a hostal everything is 80% good, but the personal help you in everything, very good breakfast, excelent location!!! Just some inconvenients like the air conditions are so old that didn't work and we have to change the room 🙄

Loved the area, very walkable and well located minutes from plaza Mayor. Great breakfast and accommodating staff, we were able to check in before time as our room was ready early and leave luggage after checkout. Would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and big enough for two. Everyone was nice and helpful. It is at walkable distance to main areas. We enjoyed it
