물병이 2개있었는데 그중 하나는 30%만 들어있는 물이었고 커피잔 바닥은 커피얼룩이 묻은것이 보였다. 칫솔도 포장이 찢겨져 있었는데 있어야 할 치약이 안보였다.

The room was amazing and incredible value. Everything was clean and great condition and it was in an amazing location. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I couldnt reccomend this hotel more.

It was horrible from the staff being extremely rude to the cleaners always forgetting towels & toilet paper with Breakfast starting too late for me to enjoy every morning in between. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

From airport transport to check out, excellent! Courteous staff, clean rooms, included breakfast (with lots to offer), all was spot on.

A modern, well appointed room, and responsive staff. Near central location made sight-seeing easy. A good range of self serve breakfast options made a great start to the day. And the tour options offered were excellent.

Loved the quirky nature of the hotel. Breakfast was good, the staff and service were great. One drawback was the number of stairs though there is one small elevator. Quiet location not too far from the centre of town

The open shower design with a single door creates excess water splashed on the bathroom floor can be a slippery hazard. The minimal design of the room is good but there isn’t a hanging closet. The breakfast was very generous and location of hotel was central.

The staff at this property were always kind, friendly and attentive. They were always available to answer any questions and did their very best to meet our family’s needs. They arranged for airport transfers and our tour to Transylvania. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was plentiful and offered something for everyone. We also found it nice to be a little outside the Old Town (but still within a reasonable walking distance) because it was nice to have some quiet as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. A plus for me was the adjustable bed! The lobby also has a massage chair that is free for guests to use. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bucharest.

Location is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood with lots of small eateries close by. Also, easy getting to the sightseeing spots either walking, subway or Uber.

Très bon hôtel pour le prix. Chambre moderne, propre et bien équipée, lit confortable et réglable. Petit déjeuner très correct et complet. Petits produits d'hygiène appréciables (notamment brosse à dent et dentifrice car j'avais oublié la mienne, j'ai été dans pas mal de 4 étoiles qui n'en offraient pas!). Hôtel assez bien situé, pas trop loin de la ville tout en étant au calme. Personnel efficace, check in/out réglés en 10 secondes chrono, pareil pour réserver un transfert aéroport (un peu cher à 40e mais pratique).

Great hotel. Quite small but has everything you need. Little bit far out of town but great if you don’t mind a little work.
