Klasse Resort mit Riesen Wellness Bereich beheiztem Außenpool und schöner Sauna mit Aufgußzeremonie. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und Riesenbett. Sehr komfortabel. Drei Restaurants darunter eine Sports Bar mit Tischkicker, der viel Spaß gemacht hat. Und einem Casino, wo wir über 100 € gewonnen haben.

Fantastique. Toutes les équipes sont aux petits soins pour que le séjour soit des plus agréables. Tout a été parfait et nous avons tout testé (hotel,spa, restaurant du casino, brasserie des sports, casino)

Super séjour! Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est obligatoire d’être nu dans le sauna et hammam. Il est inscrit qu’on doit porter une serviette en cas de nudité, alors que la plupart des personnes n’en mettent pas…

Alles perfekt, nur das Zimmer könnte besser geheizt werden.

We had a perfect vacation! From the friendly welcome, to the spacious and beautifully equipped room and the amazing spa. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was also excellent!

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was really good and high quality. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entire hotel was spotless, There were also plenty of enjoyable activities which made our time even more special - casino, spa, pools and bikes for rent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation.

Stedet har et minus. Engelsk er ikke noget hovedparten af personalet kan. Så med mindre man kan lidt fransk er det svært at kommunikerer med dem. Og i restauranterne er 90 af den info du får på fransk

Très bel établissement : service impeccable. Juste qualité du buffet petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur pour 27 euros et VS groupe barrière.

Das Hotel an sich ist etwas unpersönlich, dabei aber nicht High Class. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Gastronomie ist ok, preislich für die Qualität top, die Weinkarte dafür extrem überteuert. Das Ensamble wirkt ein wenig wie ein gestrandetes Kreuzfahrtschiff. Das Casino bestimmt auch die Klientel des Ortes, nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft. Das Spa ist in Ordnung, leider zuweilen so voll, daß man als Hotelgast die Lust verliert. Man muss früh aufstehen um den Pool zu geniessen. Das Wasser für den Sommer zu warm. Sehr chlorhaltig.

Ein sehr komfortabeles Haus mit einer tolles Spaanlage. Sehr aufmerksames und kompetentes Personal.

From the moment we arrived we were assisted getting our luggage to our room and given info to ensure our stay went smooth. We had our dog with us so we stayed on the bottom floor because they had a grassy area for him by the patio. They also supplied a bed for him along with bowls and treats. He was a pampered pooch and we felt pampered too after a couple spa days. The breakfast was good enough but a little lacking for the later morning crowd as things get picked over. Early birds get the worm as they say! We did dine in the restaurant one evening and it was so nice to eat in the air conditioning! That’s something that we Americans fully appreciate! The food was very tasty. We also appreciate the free parking! The popular surrounding villages are 5-25 minutes drive from the hotel and we hit them all. Got our cases of wine and headed home. We would certainly return to this hotel!

Très bon séjour. Chambre avec vue sur les vignes superbes et agréables. Points à améliorer : - Il n’est pas possible de voir des gens nus se balader sous nos de fenêtres - il manque un coin salon confortable pour boire un verre autre qu’au casino. Le bar des sports n’est vraiment pas au niveau de l’hôtel et c’est dommage - le restaurant est vraiment très très bon mais sa proximité et son ouverture sur le hall d’accueil, la file d’attente pour le spectacle et le bruit de celui-ci est très préjudiciable.

Très bon séjour, dommage que les piscines baneo soit ouvert au public, impraticable pendant la journée pour les clients de l’hôtel, le seul moment est le matin de 8-10h ou c’est ouvert uniquement pour les clients de l’hotel
