Au top , un seul bémol : les enfants qui sautent dans la piscine (espace détente) Mais autrement équipes super, qualité au rdv, propriété impeccable

Le personnel est très agréable, discret et à l'écoute. Mais la chambre donnant sur la rue était mal insonorisée et le lit grinçait. Sinon très joli cadre et emplacement.

En perle på beste lokasjon. Gåavstand til alt. Topp bar ved siden av, Bar Louise, de har over 200 flasker forskjellig cognac. Parkering i egen kjeller €15 pr natt + €5,50 for lading av bil. To flasker godt vann i minibaren inkludert. Frokosten så nydelig ut, enten €21 for full eller €13 for kontinental. Hunden var veldig velkommen og vi hadde et topp opphold i vakkert rom. Flott sengetøy og gode håndklær.

Perfect customer service

This is a lovely old hotel, recently refurbished I would imagine, in the centre of Cognac. Staff were friendly with a good command of English and our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower! Breakfast was very good too! Parking is available but as we visited on a weekend we were able to park on the street outside for free. The hotel is very well located for bars and restaurants as well as the major brandy houses.

All was good, very central location

Great location in the middle of this delightful town. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the pool or spar facilities. Only slight criticism was the room we were in felt a little dated for 4* hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

L’hôtel est très bien placé et le bâtiment est très beau. L’accueil est bon mais la chambre qui nous a été donnée était au tête de chaussée dans un bâtiment séparé donnant sur une rue très bruyante la nuit. Dommage de séjourner dans un hôtel sans pouvoir dormir correctement

Fantastic hotel and location. Good parking space also, with possibility to charge EV. Loved the town. Everybody where so helpful and friendly, not only in the hotel but the village.

Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves.

Un hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles. Le service est impeccable Seul bémol, le hammam dont la porte est cassée. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est qualitatif
