Our first room had some problems with the AC. They offered to switch us right away and made the process super easy. We loved our stay. The food options were great. Our only negative is that the pool area was extremely hot. Overall an amazing stay!

Very relaxing courtyard and pool with hot tub. Room was very comfortable and clean with small kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal with many choices. They even offered s social hour st 5:30 pm snd that was good as well.

We stayed at this hotel 4 months ago for the first time and had a great experience. We decided to come back and I’m not sure what happened in that time frame but … the bathroom was not cleaned, there was feces on the outside of the toilet, wall, floor and visibly stuck in the tabs that connect the toilet seat - so much so that when my husband walked into the bathroom initially, he thought one of our kids had already gone #2 because of the smell. The bathroom towels had not been restocked. There were food crumbs on the couch. Empty pop bottles in the cupboard. The room itself was spacious and we love the ability to close the bedroom door as one of our kids still naps but the lack of cleanliness made it feel so much less comfortable. When we addressed the feces with the front desk staff she seemed a bit annoyed and then told my husband she wasn’t sure that’s what it actually was. Overall disappointed in this hotel and not sure if we’ll be back again because of it.

Clean and nice room !

The overall experience was good. But, I wish the light switches were labeled. It took my kid messing with the switches in the living room to figure out that they turned on the bedroom lights. And I had to mess with the switches when I first entered the room to figure out the lighting. The switch also turns on the plugs so I had my phone plugged in and it was even charging because the switch was not on.

The staff and facility were excellent!

Loved that we had a room that had a kitchenette, dining table, seating area, and two seperate bedrooms. Hard to find this configuration! Staff very friendly and hotel beautifully remodeled.

Every time not working door key . Inside the room not clean. Kitchen utensil is very poor so i never cook those 5 days. No bathtub inside the room.

It was great, clean and quiet

Loved the 2 bedroom suite. Very clean and spacious. Two couples were traveling together. We thought it was a great deal until we found out that the pet fee is $75 PER PET! We feel that is quite a steep charge. It added $150 to our room rate, which now wasn't such a great deal. The morning breakfast was also very good. The only

Right across the street from the dog park! We stayed for our dogs birthday and had a wonderful time.

Love this hotel and would recommend it for anyone who wants comfort and peace of mind.

Hotel staff at front desk, were all friendly ladies. The lady who did the breakfast shift on saturday was extremely rude, and controlling with the food. She made me feel like i wasnt allowed to be in breakfast area. Or even eating the food.

Always clean room, friendly staff
