I am not sure how this hotel got the 4 star label. But there is nothing 4 star in the room, the lobby, the elevator is ancient, building does not show a 4 star: I have reserved 3 stars for the 15 day-stay in Italy and all of them are greater better than this hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast. But definitely needs an urgent over all renovation.

This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. The staff upon check in were a bit rude however considering the trek we had been through with the trains. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well as long as you were close by. I requested a double bed but instead were given two single beds pushed together. Not in a very nice street however there was an amazing all you can eat Japanese place a 4 min walk from there.

Really central hotel close to amenities. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be a lot better with vegan options such as plant based milk and making sure the jams on offer are not empty jars !

Nice place. Big rooms. They’re slowly updating the decor. Comfortable. Overall was fab! Great place. Great staff. Nice towels and even had secure off-road parking.

Avevo chiesto 1) camera non fumatore - m hanno dato una camera “fumata”. 2) via della strada per evitare rumore. M hanno dato una camera verso un cortile interno - pensavo ottimo :) Il rumore è arrivato intorno alle 04:00 con scarico di biancheria/lenzuole etc ed uso di carellini, con ruote solide di nylon nel cortile ee successivamente negli corridoi ecc. Sembrava di tovarsi alla stazione centrale. Personale gentile ed accogliente - ma dormito male.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. The staff was awesome and I got help with what parking app to use and together were all multi-lingual. Room were cleaned every day and it was spotless. I will definitely be back

Zuerst mal die Vorteile: das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und gross, Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Nachteile: sehr laut bereits um 5 Uhr am Morgen, unsympathische Rezeptionistin beim ein- und auschecken.

Strategico

Étape, dans notre destination vers Florence. Hôtel propre et accueillant, petit déjeuner vraiment excellent, café, thé, pâtisserie etc… Parking fermé moyennement 5€ ,"le prix de la sécurité." Je vous le conseil !.

Det kändes så där när vi kom och ingen parkering. Men receptionen hjälpte oss på ett bra sätt så vi fick parkering och denna hjälp var verkligen betydelsefull, sedan hjälpsam med val av restaurang.

Vi havde en super oplevelse, fik stor hjælp af damen i receptionen, til at finde et godt spisested. Dejligt stort værelse, badeværelset var stort og varmt (205) stille og roligt om natten. Lækkert morgen mad's buffet, med masser af kager. Ved afrejse, blev der spurgt ind til København, meget intreseret i Danmark, det var samme dame, som da vi chekkede ind.

Stanze molto grandi e confortevoli. Unica pecca la moquette, che francamente non amo. Per il resto tutto molto piacevole
