They need to not promise kids the Medals after they play games. Cuz they say yes you won np. Then they don’t give them anything. Also they need to teach all the staff how to make drinks? Urgur at the Main Lobby was the best bartender. He was the professional. Hasan and Muhammed wore also good at making drinks at the Beach bar. From the Entertainment group Villmante and Imran wore the Best. They did talk to us and try to keep us up to the game. Also they pressure their people to ask Guests to write a Review. I never seen that before. This is my 3rd time going to Antalya in a different resorts and never seen this before. If you have kids. Don’t go there. Also they don’t make Margarita Pizzas at all??? I ask the Manager. He said tomorrow they will make different pizzas? I stayed there for 7 days and not once they make Margarita Pizzas. I will never go there again.

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold der. Muligens det aller beste hotellet for familier med små barn. Rene rom, hyggelig og hjelpsom personale.

I really enjoyed my time at crystal centro antalya, the rooms were clean the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. Big variety to choose especially the seafood restaurant near the beach front, the fish and everything else was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel

Upon our arrival Burak mad us feel welcome and quickly oriented us to this amazing all inclusive resort. Food & entertainment & and great med beach with the biggest and best pool with slides one could dream of. A great deal and a great time and absolutely a gem in Antaly

Der Pool war schön

Je nach Personal sehr unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, egal ob Service, Zimmerreinigung oder Rezeption. Mal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, dann wieder abweisend und desinteressiert. Zimmer mal blitzblank sauber, dann wieder sehr schlecht gereinigt. Hotelanlage und Pools sind generell OK für den Preis, kinderfreundlich, gute Abendshows, Strand nett, aber stark abfallend. Essen war eher mäh, vor allem für Kinder. Nachspeisen die schwächsten von den bisherigen Türkeibesuchen.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful resort ! The rooms are clean and cozy, the food was delicious and so much to do outside of the resort also. The beach has wonderful waves and lots of beach chairs. The water slides are so fun. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 recommend for the whole family !

Personel gayet nazik ve ilgiliydi. Müşteri servisi çok yardım severdi. Ekibin tamamına teşekkür ederim. Yatak ile ilgili sorun derhal çözüldü. Tek eksik bina biraz eski. Tadilat gerekiyor. Onun dışında bence gayet güzel bir fiyat performans oteli.

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich, professionell und immer hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir auch der Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt und bestens ausgestattet ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: zentral, aber ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ob für einen Städtetrip oder eine Geschäftsreise – ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

First of all, it was overpriced while our experience of being there. The waterpark was only opened from 10 to 12 then from 2 to 4 which they don’t actually even finish the two hours they turn off the slides before the time is over. We do not pay all that money to be limited. We thought it was unlimited. Then we found out that there is no AC you have to sleep with her door open and after 6 AM the sun hits and you cannot sleep. It’s too hot even during the night some days are warm so we do not pay if we’re not having AC not as much activities as they had said on their website ,we had to wait over 30 minutes for some people to come and allow us to play in the game room, which was also an extra charge. The buffet was good however stay away from mushrooms. I got food poisoning. it was supposed to be a resort full of fun. Our kids were actually bored.

Hotel was ok. Had good waterslides for the kids and good kids club. Rooms were dirty and food selection was pretty good.
