Check in process was seamless, staff member was polite. Room was clean. A/C is very good. Bonus jacuzzi. Lots of parking outside. On-site, secure parking. Room needs to be refurbished, furniture is worn, curtain was coming off it railing. Lamps were not plugged in when we got into the room. TV kept freezing and we had to turn it off at the wall and turn it back on to get it working again.

Please note that there’s no elevator to the second floor, which makes it difficult for those traveling with heavy bags.

A little dusty and dirty on the floors, a lot of hair in the bathroom. Other than that, very clean.

I stay here quite often, the staff are great and the rooms get better every time I stay. It’s probably one of the best options in Rockhampton

My spa didnt work at all so i paid extr cos i had a bad back for a spa and they wouldnt send for rhe electritrision cos it was 6 so i think they didnr want to pay extra to have him come in

Experience little ants everywhere, even in the bed. Rooms was very comfortable otherwise.
