Hotel was ok. Friendliness was absent.

Room was clean. Steps from lobby to first floor had not been vacuumed for several days. You make that checked us in was very distracted, possibly by friends near by. Was very curt and unwelcoming.

Quiet and clean

Bedding was so wrinkled I wondered if it was clean. Bed skirt was off one side and hanging down the other side. Towels were thin and ragged and minimal. Coffe was watered down. Breakfast awful. No thanks. This one doesn’t measure up for a 4 or 5 stars.

I have stayed here before and have always had friendly service and a clean room. The only issue I had this time was the lock on my door. My key card would not work at all on my last morning and they stated it was an ongoing issue. I hope they get it fixed soon as it caused their desk clerk a lot of extra work to keep letting me back in.

We would come back

Hope the front desk is more approachable.

The property is a little updated, but the kind hospitable employees made it worth our stay. We’ll be returning to this hotel next time I’m in minot

Convenient location!

Not worth the cost. I’ve stayed at many other Country Inn and Suites and they were very clean and nice. We had stains in the worn down dirty carpet, stains in the bedding, holes in the tile of the shower.
