Staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, but was disappointed in the last of amenities geared towards women (no women's changing room or showers at the pool, vs one they had for men, now did they have female oriented "lighter" weights for women at the gym).

Came to watch the boxing with my son. These guys were amazing helping us with an earlier check in and later check out. The food was amazing, chefs personally came to talk to us. The bar staff and staff in all the hotel were amazing. Would 100% stay here again this was a superb place!

Very well located near the Diplomatic Quarter very close to main highways. Staff are excellent.

We were kicked out of the hotel after a two days stay…we had reservations for 9 days.

Trip was pretty meh. Rooms were tired and weary looking. Need some love. Tried to move my breakfast to room service - not possible. VERY disappointing! Was told that I would need to re-book another breakfast if I wanted this even though had paid for one and happy to pay the tray charge. Food was okay but niçoise salad was the strangest I'd ever had. Tuna was raw. All elements of salad were not mixed. Just a bit bizarre. Breakfast - waiters did not look after tables. I went to get a top of breakfast, and in the meantime my table was given away to someone else, despite having a half glass of OJ on the table. Plus points was that I managed to get a late check out at no extra cost, and staff were generally friendly.

The team are fantastic. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Made my stay very special.

Everything was perfect, the staff is excellent and super friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff's service is excellent. However, it seems there are construction works inside the hotel, which caused some noise. I requested a room change at the reception, and my request was promptly accommodated. Overall, it's a lovely hotel, and I recommend it.

Staff is awesome. Internet is very bad, card keys are always demagnetising, power outlet very nonfunctional.

Good place to stay if you have to go to the diplomatic area

I liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. What i didn't like was that not many restaurants are there around the location. Its remote and a but isolated.
