This particular property greatly dislikes Third-party bookings. I booked on Expedia which is a service I greatly enjoy! When I called the hotel directly to verify my booking before check-in, they were rude and kept referring to the fact that I booked third-party so they would have difficulty accommodating me or answering questions. I spent $1500 on a two night stay with inflated prices for the event I was attending there. Absolutely not worth it. It was a very uncomfortable stay because of the way I was treated for my third-party booking. Also, housekeeping does not make your bed or replace towels during your stay. I will never stay here again. Expedia may want to reconsider offering this on Their website based on the hostility guests receive Who are loyal Expedia customers.
