Noisy by staff and guests checking in andchecking out all hours of the small car park constantly in use as a result Room ok but no tv everworked

My room was right next to the pool which was very convenient and the restaurant right next to Veronicas does a very good masala curry.

Worn out, tired and in need of basic care and attention. Bedding and towels shabby and grey. The key needs to be handed in to reception to achieve room cleaning. Photograph distorts the pool as it’s strictly a small plunge pool for children. Breakfast is not included but available at the “Fish and Curry next door. The property is extremely difficult to find as it a back development off a narrow side street. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. Nearby properties available half the price and better quality. Not recommended

Had a fun 2 days. Staff were proper friendly and helpful. Food at the attached Bar/restaurant was delicious. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were very clean. Only complaint was they were not ready when we arrived. Also we left some luggage behind accidentally and staff were most helpful in having it returned to us. Greatly appreciated.

The first thing you notice is how friendly the staff are with welcoming smiles. Easy checkin and explanation of the dos and don’ts. The room was ample for a short stay and with a balcony and aircon. The only suggestion I would urge is that the bed is not in the best place in the room to allow restful nights sleep. Decent location and short walk to shopping, eating and the beach. Tip: ask for a kettle as there isn’t one in the room.

No water heater was provided. No coffee and tea pouches to make tea and coffee.

It was good nine years ago. My stay there was terrible. service staff intentionally stops the power supply to reduced AC bill. When complained they say “it is not your home, resort has lot of room if everybody uses the AC there will be huge light bill”, I think avoid Veronica instead you can find good properties near by with good price.

I stayed here for 2 weeks,very convenient for beach,calangute baga road,taxis ,good on site restaurant,very good clean swimming pool.cable tv,wifi,a/c.friendly hotel,very good

Wir fanden das kleine Hotel super. Für einen echt kleinen Preis gab es ein sauberes, ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, großem Bett, Schrank, Mini TV, Toilette mit Dusche. Balkon mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten. Zum Strand liefen wir ungefähr 5 Minuten.

The property refuse to issue invoice for our stay.we request the invoice inorder to claim our gst at airport.We waited for almost 1 hr 30 minutes but yet they refuse to issue the invoice and fail to give a valid reason.We told the operator that we going to make a official complaint to their coustom departmemt.We have no choice to leave the hotel because we need rush to airport.Arround 2pm they send the invoice through expedia,however it's become useless to us because we cannot print any soft copy to make our claim.The hotel doesn't practice a friendly counter service for such small request.very very bad.......

Eine tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage, bei der Preis und Leistung sehr stimmig sind. Sehr sauber und sehr hilfsbereite Besitzende vor Ort. Ich würde das Guest House wieder besuchen.

A few minutes walk from the beach you will find this family friendly guest house. During our week long stay there with our 4 yo daughter the staff always played and joked with her when they met. Don’t forget to try the food also, lovely. Thanks!
