wir haben neun Nächte in der Anlage und uns hat es gut gefallen. Toll wäre es, wenn man das Frühstück auch in der Nähe vom Strand einnehmen könnte

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are clean and the view of the beach is nice. Lots of pool options.

Upgrades to a suite, 2 rooms and large balcony, although it did have a road view. Reserving sun beds with towels very early at the front pool next to the beach in a morning & only turning up at 11.30am! This hotel was very nice, would return.

Very big and spacious. Gym could have been bigger with air conditioning. You can get dehydrated very easily

The vacation here was really nice. The hotel employees are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. There were a lot of choices. I favored the pancakes. You should get those. The only remark I have are the rooms. If you get the old rooms, you hear everything your neighbours are doing. I mean everything. And they should renovate the bathroom. But it was always cleaned very thoroughly. Besides that everything was top notch. Most outstanding the hotel Personal which was so friendly and the beach front if course :)

Unser Superior Garden View Appartement war sehr geräumig und angenehm ruhig. Im Hotel sind ganz gemischte Gäste von jung bis alt, sehr angenehme entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir haben um 11:00 immer Liegen am Pool oder Strand bekommen, nur einmal sind wir auf die Liegen des benachbarten Strandabschnitts ausgewichen, aber das war genauso gut. Dort musste man 15€ Umsatz mit Getränken oder Snacks für einen Schirm und zwei Liegen machen, also im Prinzip sogar günstiger als am hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt (10€, aber nicht auf Bestellungen anrechenbar). Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in der Nähe, nach Chania mit Bus (oft sehr voll) nur 25 Minuten für 2€ pP. Sehr zu empfehlen. Mitarbeiter waren immer superfreundlich, rundum ein toller Urlaub!

This is a pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are adequate but tired. There are not enough sun beds by the pool areas for everyone. The beach sun beds are €5 per day per bed. They do bring water in an ice bucket for that. The beach is very clean. There isn’t a lot to do in local area except walk out to restaurants. Most interesting places to visit are over 1hr away you need a car. Breakfast is just ok. The hotel food at lunch time is lovely and good quality. There is a gym but so small and very hot with no air conditioning, not pleasant. There was music entertainment 3 times a week and it was very nice,

Hotel is immaculate, beautiful pool, easy access to the beach, food in the Waves beach bar was amazing and huge portion sizes, short €2 bus journey to Chania port. Highly recommend this hotel

Old room with terrible matress and pillows. Bathroom got floded after every shower and staff where mostly rude and unfriendly. Only Hotel in Crete where I was no treated as a cherised guest but more like a burden. Only hotel out of 3 I stayed in the Island that charged the sunbeds. Avoid, sure there are better options out there.

Good quality hotel. Staff were very good and always there to help. Excellent location. Very clean. Communal areas very good. Room was a little basic though (I would class as 3 star and not 4 star). Good value, would recommend.

Tolle Lage,direkt am Strand,super Frühstück und sehr nettes,hilfsbereites Personal. Agia Marina ist aber kein beschauchlicher,ursprünglicher Ort,sondern eine lange touristische Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Tourigeschäften. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings ist es sehr schwer eine Liege am Pool zu ergattern,die 26 vorhandenen Liegen werden am frühen Morgen größtenteils für den Tag besetzt. Leider achtet das Hotelpersonal da gar nicht drauf. Und die Liegen am hoteleigenen Strand kosten 10 €(2 Liegen und ein kleiner mittiger Tisch). In den 10 € sind 2 kleine ,eisgekühlte Wasserflaschen erhalten.

Gutes Hotel. Eher neu. Am Strand. Mit Passerelle über die Strasse, die sehr befahren ist und sehr Riskant. SPA ist leider wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Pools sind mega schön und Liegestühlr sind super. Das selbe gilt am Strand. Das Personnal ist sehr Nett und reagiert schnell sobald man etwas fragt. Frühstuck sehr variiert und fein. Die Zimmern sind sehr neu und sauber. Dazu sind sie gut isoliert und verfügen über ein A/C das sehr effektiv und leise ist. Wir können das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.
