Fantastisk service…

Trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost som verkligen hade allt. Gillade läget där buss 4 in till Palma gick direkt utanför dörren och den gick ungefär 4 ggr/timme. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

I liked the garden.the pools. I didn't like your pillows🙂

Accueil très froid à la réception,chambre avec une odeur désagréable,fourmis dans la chambre et surtout tout les jours dans la salle de bain.manque d'information sur le parking ,tant pour la réservation privée ou sur les conditions extérieures.leur de notre réservation ,il n'était as non plus mentionné qu'il fallait dîner dans l'hôtel dans face.par contre ,personnels du petit déjeuner et du service nettoyage très agréables Mais malheureusement,je ne recommande pas cette hôtel !

When we first arrived, it looked dated but we could use the amenities in the sister hotel opposite in the hotel bonanza plays resort and spa which was more new but that didn’t phase us because the setting and grounds and pool were pretty. It was super clean and comfortable. The bus stop was right outside so easy to get to the airport and back with one change. Everything was fab and we would stay again.

The hotel is in a lovely area close to the beach, the bus stop is right outside the hotel to conveniently take you to Palma for only 2 euro. The breakfast and dinner choices were fabulous and the outdoor pool area and bars leading out to the sea was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel in nice area. Breakfast was excellent. Large rooms and balcony. Clean towels and sheets most days. Only slight issue was pool towels sometimes not available and difficult to get ice! Would stay again!

The hotel is okay, old in general, the first bedsheets were somehow stinky. Breakfast was amazing. I would recommend the Bonanza hotel from across the street. THERES NO FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AS ADVERTISED. ITS 16€ PER DAY. Otherwise you have to walk around 8 minutes to maaaaaybe get a spot on the municipal parking lot.

Trevligt hotell i fina omgivningar. Hjälpsam personal, jättebra frukost. Rummet var inte så välstädat (damm, hårstrån) och aningen slitet. Överlag väldigt nöjda.

Having both the hotel's available for use was nice. Particularly impressed that a meal was left for us, given we had a late arrival. Special mention that Bianca was lovely. Very efficent with breakfast service and excellent with customwr service at the pool bar. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

It was a couple geataway and we stayed for 5 nights. The room was a standard size and we got two twin beds put together despite requesting a one larger bed, but it was comfortable overall. We booked at Bonanza Park and it was a good choice, the building was located at the hill top and we had the most wonderful view overlooking the sea, pool and beautiful park. The hotel has a very good continental breakfast (was included), a great variety of food. We could use the sea access in the Bonanza beach hotel, which we didn't, because there is no beach at all, only stairs that go straight to water, so you can go for a swim but there is no place to tan because it is forbidden to use the pool area at the Bonanza beach hotel. We mostly used one of the two pools on our side, and also walked to the little local beach 5 minutes away. I would not recommend this place if you really planning to enjoy the beach, it is too small and crowded. We did like the stay at bonanza, but wouldn't come back again. It is way long to get to Palma downtown by local bus and we had to rent a car to go to palma. I would recommend this hotel for families with kids and ot for couples

We were celebrating our anniversary and given an upgraded to a bungalow. Thank you. The dinner at the Bonanza across the street was wonderful. The famous Illletes beach is a short walk with many restaurants to enjoy lunch and the sea. This was our fourth visit to this beautiful Calvia.
