Hôtel bien situé et confortable. Mais pas digne du standing qu'il prétend avoir. 20€ l'entrée au spa pour un sauna et un hammam en panne et un jacuzzi froid, c'est un peu exagéré. Le matin, les couloirs sont encombrés par les chariots et le soir, on trouve de la vaisselle devant les portes des chambres. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

This hotel really didn’t live up to its price tag. Staff largely unhelpful, no concierge service for cases, spa only open 10am-2pm for guests unless they want to pay extra. The steam room was out of action, the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was below temperature, as was the sauna. The room was dark and tea/coffee was not re-stocked. In a nutshell, won’t visit again any time soon.

Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes

Un séjour de 3 jours de ski en famille dans un hotel chaleureux, où le staff est aux petits soins, le petit-déjeuner au top et les repas de qualité. Le spa est en très bon état et possède une petite piscine en plus du jacuzzi et des sauna et hamam. Garage souterrain très pratique et cerise sur le gateau, un magasin de ski situé au R-1 de l'hotel avec de vrais professionnels

Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing

hotel très bien situé au pied des pistes et tranquille, personnel agréable et efficace, le spa gratuit jusqu'à 14h est bien agréable, boutique ski sur place également très pratique, juste un peu déçu par la fin du menu de réveillon qui n'était pas aussi réussi que le début, bonne adresse

Très bon accueil , sourires et mots gentils de la part de tout le personnel. Bonne cuisine et service impeccable. Manque d'aménagement extérieur et espaces communs un peu réduits à l'intérieur.

Super moment dans l hôtel. Cadre idyllique. Rien a dire tout est parfait 👍

Modern design with great facilities and a wonderful restaurant.

Amazing position especially if you want to ski. You can buy ski passes and rent your ski stuff from the hotel, fantastic and practical. The rooms are clean, modern and well set out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service was a little slow in the restaurant in the evening but it was very busy and the food was lovely. The spa is amazing and if you go after a certain time it’s very quiet and relaxing.

Virkelig lækkert hotel med god beliggenhed og spændende indretning/udsmykning overalt. Meget imødekommende personale. Godt udgangspunkt for vandre- og cykelture.

De kamer is veel te klein voor 5 personen. Heel benauwd.Slechte bedden. Geen balkon. Heel jammer! Slechte WIFI!
