Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express & Suites PEARSALL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Payed for the upgraded room and I got a room with no hot water, no light bulbs on lamps, no trash bin, no blankets, pull out bed had no linens and when I asked for them their was no pillows.What hotel has no pillows with vacancy and no blankets. And to top it off the lady that does breakfast called in so as a big hotel they can’t train and have an extra to run breakfast this is on a Saturday holiday weekend. I think this is a lower class Holiday Inn not your regular please stay away from this property not worth paying the money. I asked the front desk for manager info or owner and her name she told me google it that she was only here on the weekends.

Other than the remote missing it was a pretty good over night stay

The room was fine. I’m not a fan of staying by the housekeeping storage. The only complaint I have was I felt rushed to leave due to housekeeping. Checkout was scheduled for 11am and they were knocking on my door at 8. The lobby was nice and breakfast was average for a continental breakfast. Overall the stay was good. I would stay here again, but make sure my room is down the hall.

I come back to this hotel for both business and leisure, I got a stay in the room I wanted to but when I extended I had to move to a completely different room... Did not enjoy that... But overall a good stay

The AC unit was making a lot of noise. I called the front desk and was told that I should turn it off so the sound dissappeared. When I asked if my room temperature was going to be ok with that, they said it should be fine. At 2:30 am I woke up soaking wet at a room temperature of 78•F. Called the front desk again then they offered if I wanted to change rooms! At that time I just wanted to sleep and not wake up my child to change rooms! I guess I was too tired after driving for hours that I guess I should have requested for another room the first time I called - Lesson learned!

Our trip was pleasant. Nice room. Breakfast was great.

The person at the reception desk acknowledged our request for a room on the first floor or close to an elevator and gave us a large, comfortable accessible room. The only negative was the location of the hotel. Although the hotel was close to the highway, the only restaurant choices close by were Burger King and Subway. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the cost.

Water was boiling hot, terrible shower couldnt get it decent or cold..other than that great beds.

It was ok but the only issue we had was the shower shampoo or conditioner and the bodwash needed to be refilled which they don’t but enough for a family of four

They took my money i got a room i. Orange tx and they booked 5 hours away.i couldn't cancel so i payed for not staying there

Great place to stay!!!

Great lighting in the parking lot. Checkin had a few more questions that normal, but not bad. Shower pan had a few stains, and the bead spread did too. Other than that, good rate where I needed a room.

I visit my son every month in Dilley and this Hotel has been by far the cleanest and I feel safe here. Only downfall that it isn’t pet friendly but customer service is excellent

I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work don’t know if I was putting enough water in it but everything thing was great breakfast was awesome good choices to eat we will stay there again on our next trip to Pearsall
