Rating & Review Keseluruhan Alpine Hotel Perren

Staff there wasnt as friendly. Not sure is it because we are asian. Requested for a higher floor for a better view way ahead but was given the lowest level instead. Breakfast food was not bad even though it was mainly the standard breakfast food. Was a 10 mins walk to the main station. If you require a drive from the hotel to train station need to pay for it as well.

What a great stay at the Hotel Perren! Comfortable beds, wonderful staff, and the view....what a great place to stay in Zermatt, we'll be back for sure!

Tivemos alguns problemas, tv não tinham conexão com internet, aquecedor no quanto funcionava, café da manhã muito bom e as funcionárias prestativas e falavam línguas Portuguesas 👏👏💯

Very nice in a modest, rustic alps way. Great location, minutes from ski rental, lifts, train and Zermatt town center. Very clean and if you are lucky enough to have Matterhorn view with balcony (i did) you have one of the best views in all of Zermatt. Staff are very nice and helpful. On our 2 week tour of Alps, Paris and Venice (including our 4 nights at 5 star Hilton Stucky) this was our favorite destination, a large part due to this hotel! thank you Hotel Perren

Stayed in a single "twin" room; this was a perfect room for a single traveller. Room was reasonably priced and location was fantastic. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent location near train, skiing and ski rental. Very walkable and central with plenty of dining and shopping opportunities. On site ski storage, sauna and steam room were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a great find for our trip. The staff was very welcoming upon our arrival and could not have been any nicer. Location is a very simple walk from the train station. The room was a comfortable place to relax. Breakfast was one of the best that we had during our Switzerland trip. We are very pleased to have chosen this hotel for our visit!
