Friendly welcome on check in but that was the one and only time i saw any staff, i was provided with a contact number in case of emergency and the asked me to take a foto of the access codes as they changed each day ( felt very safe) although i did manage to lock my fone in my room and had to wait for another guest to let me in the front door so i would suggest also keeping the paper info in a safe place on ypur person. Great little area of paris metro across road next to a mc donalds but lots of little authentic bars/ cafes around with friendly locals and be bops pizza van was delicious and very reasonable and market on sunday morning (early)was a suprise

Room smelled strongly of tabaco, bathroom with no door

Unbedingt darauf achten, dass es KEINE eigene Toilette gibt. Die Toilette hatte kein Waschbecken, Dusche und Waschbecken sind im Zimmer, aber schimmelig. Morgens kam unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Für eine Nacht und den Preis war es ok.

Local com excelente localização e quarto amplo. Único inconveniente era não ter banheiro no quarto. Porém a limpeza era feita todos os dias e possui um bom café embaixo do hott.

The hotel was actually very sizeable for what' we needed it for especially I did go with my little girls so great that McDonald's was across the road. In terms of transport links the metro is right across the road also and good shops and a local park around the corner for children.

Je viens pour des courts séjours . Côté qualité prix , je suis très satisfaite. Rien à redire.côté remboursement d’une nuit , j’aurais espéré un petit geste commercial mais ça n’a pas été possible. Je reviendrai malgré tout car tout s’est bien passé et l’hôtel est près de tout

Chambre très propre le soucis se sont les étages.Hotel assez propre avec une salle de bain privée mais risque de glissade dans la douche sol glissant.Accueil sympa.J'ai vraiment aimée la propreté et surtout les arrêts de bus juste en sortant de l'hôtel pas à 5 mn mais en sortant de l'hôtel,pas mal de commodités et.....surtout le métro.Très bon emplacement.

Très bien situé (proche du métro et aux autres restaurants, café, commerces, etc.). Le personnel est sympathique, professionnel et toujours disponible. Je suis très satisfait, en accord avec mes besoins lors de mon séjour professionnel de quelques jours (une chambre pour passer mes nuits). Je recommande pour ceux et celles qui recherchent la simplicité, la foncrionnalité et la praticité lors de leurs séjours !

Attention pas de wc dans la chambre, obligé d aller sur le palier. Wc très petit en plus.

Area is rough, right outside is alright but would not take walks at night. Bit cramped but ok for the value, could be cleaned a bit better. No sink in the toilets so have to wash hands in the rooms.

The rooms bear no resemblance to the photos shown. The property is very clean; staff encountered friendly, but the neighbourhood is rough as... Shared toilet. Stay here only if you can't afford better.

Un hôtel restaurant bar super sympa. Le personnel est très accueillant et la chambre propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J'y suis resté une nuit dans le cadre d'un voyage professionnel. Je recommande.

Unusual layout with shared toilet on the corridor but shower and sink in room, narrow bed, good location for metro and Stade Bauer, super helpful staff, all good for one night
