I had an amazing stay at TRYP by Wyndham Panama Centro! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the cozy bedding and the beautiful city views. The hotel’s amenities were fantastic from the refreshing pool to the well-equipped fitness center, everything was top-notch. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the on-site dining offered some truly tasty meals. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Panama City, close to shopping, dining, and local attractions, which made exploring the city so easy. Overall, TRYP by Wyndham Panama Centro exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City!

I booked a 5 night stay at the TRYP, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience. The amenities; rooftop bar/ pool lounge; gym; sauna; spa were a nice touch - this hotel is good for solo travellers and is central. I experienced some complications with hotel staff booking direct shuttle from the airport and had to use an alternate transportation service, but overall my greatest displeasure with the hotel was the cleanliness! I understand that some parts of the hotel were under renovation at that time but that doesn’t excuse the condition of the room. Visibly the room appeared clean but there was a strong urine-like stench from the bathroom, which I was greeted with immediately upon entry; low pressure plumbing so toilet easily clogged; the floors were dirty, the moment I removed my shoes I could tell it hadn’t been mopped for some time; the television was not working, no signal and no remote; the telephone in the room was not working so I couldn’t call out nor could reception reach me directly to my room, MAJOR security concern. I complained to management and they rectified the issue by having housekeeping come to clean and maintenance staff fix the phone and toilet but after witnessing the housekeeping process for each room I ended up going to the local supermarket and purchasing cleaning supplies to thoroughly clean and disinfect the room myself - the results affirmed a dirty room. Because of this experience I wouldn’t stay here again :(

Convenient location, comfortable beds. Only downside is the rooms are noisy… very little soundproofing.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for this place as much as I wanted to like it. The property itself is fine and I didn’t have any problems with the room. The lobby area is clean and well-kept, and a lot of the front desk and maintenance/cleaning staff were great, but there were a lot of problems. I was pleased when I checked in that they gave me a $15 voucher for food and beverages at the property as a VIP gift, but actually using it proved much more difficult. We waited more than two hours for our dinner (party of four, ordered directly from the menu with no special requests) at the in-lobby restaurant, and they still never brought us a soup order and a drink order. They were not difficult about removing those items from the bill, but they had more trouble applying our $15 voucher. The next morning we tried to use the pool and other AS facilities. The sauna was closed for repair, the Turkish bath was not working until we asked the front desk and waited for an hour and a half to turn it on. It had clearly not been cleaned since the last day at least. They had a sign at the AS desk that the attendant stepped away for five minutes and would be right back. No attendant ever arrived and an employee told us that sign had been up for the last 4 years. Sorry guys, wanted to love you because the surrounding area is great, but you need to try harder.

El restaurante Yaribeth y Beoen excelente servicio y en mantenimoento el Sr. Màximo muy servicial. En recepcion Daymoon un caballero pedante, arrogante y pesimo servicio, igual que Cristal y ni hablar del Gerente la verdad si es por servicio y atencion en recepcion me lo pensaria dos veces.

Precio acorde a la calidad. En mantenimoento Maximo muy buen servicio. En cafeteria Belen muy atenta y Yaribeth exceoente atencion me llamó por mi nombre y adore ser bien servida.
