Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen. Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind super und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Wir waren im April dort und tagsüber waren die Liegen am Pool alle belegt. Das ist in der Hauptsaison sicher noch schlimmer. Dafür ist der Strand umso schöner, an den wir ausgewichen sind.

A lovely hotel in a very nice part of jandia

Dopo 2 anni giusti siamo tornati nuovamente al Riu Calypso e ci siamo trovati nuovamente benissimo con una bella camera al 7 piano esposta al sole tutto il giorno. La piscina è riscaldata e situata in una zona molto riparata con sdraie e ombrelloni. Molto comoda l'uscita per raggiungere la spiaggia sottostante o fare una passeggiata per vedere il tramonto sul mare. Molto buono il cibo con varietà di pesce cucinato molto bene. Ampia scelta di frullati e yogurt per colazione. Attività sportiva con Oya molto preparata e simpatica. Unica pecca mancanza di canali TV italiani in compenso una ventina di canali tedeschi per la clientela presente in maggioranza. Altra pecca la mancanza di bidè pur in un bagno molto ampio e moderno. Ci torneremo ancora.

Tenemos que decir que las instalaciones y el estado del hotel en general son muy buenos y el servicio excelente. Sin embargo, los horarios de comedor (fuimos en régimen de media pensión), sobre todo el de la cena eran demasiado tempranos, quizás adaptados a hábitos europeos, pero no a los de España. En estos momentos en los que el turismo nacional está apoyando a nuestra hostelería se deberían de tener más en cuenta sus preferencias. A partir de ahora siempre vamos a preguntar por los horarios de comidas. De haberlo sabido, no hubiésemos ido con media pensión o hubiésemos barajado otra opción de alojamiento.

Ottima struttura, posizione fantastica, camera spaziosa dotata di ogni comfort, colazione e cena di qualità e abbondante, personale gentile e disponibile, check in veloce.

Todo fue correcto

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, al lado de la playa y el personal amable y atento a tus necesidades. El aspecto negativo: no me gustó sentirme extranjera en mi país, el hotel está enfocado al turismo alemán. La comida normal, nada destacable.

Las mejores vacaciones de playa en el mejor hotel. Gracias a las personas trabajadoras por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Only one person available to handle check-in and they were tied-up quite awhile with another couple asking for special arrangements to accommodate friends arriving the next day. Despite low occupancy rate, room was right off the lobby area and ground floor. Was advertised as having a balcony - implies at least one floor up. We were told nothing else was available even if we wanted to pay more. No coffee maker or water boiler in the room. Again, advertised with but we were told through "corona measures" the hotel decided to eliminate them from the rooms. I would have at least expected other arrangements such as coffee in the lobby but nothing was done to resolve the situation. Check-out was again a very long process - just one clerk to handle several people. Buffet was mediocre but many items were not covered and had stood open for some time. Service was good. Location was excellent but be aware that use of masks on the promenade appeared to be haphazard. Very limited parking available at the hotel with no alternative options provided. Given the alternatives in Morro Jable we were disappointed and will look elsewhere in the future.

Hotel scelto dopo averlo visto molte volte dalla passeggiata e risultato un'ottima scelta per camera molto bella con terrazzo ampio e fornita di tutto il necessario compreso il bollitore con dotazioni. Servizi eccellenti a colazione e cena con ampia e varia scelta, apprezzati i succhi di frutta a colazione preparati al momento. Piscina climatizzata solarium con jacuzzi e molto bella la zona con prato con vista sul mare. Nessun canale italiano alla TV forse per la clientela in prevalente tedesca ma con i telefonini le notizie italiane sono sempre presenti. Da ritornarci per un periodo più lungo.
