Thought it was just going to be small cabin, but an actual 1 seperate bedroom cottage awaited us. Very clean and comfortable. Close to boondall entertainment centre sealed the deal. Small shopping centre near by also convenient. Staff at reception friendly and organised. Nothing to hate about this place.

A good overnight stay

We had such minimal bedding in our room, we were extremely cold. With no staff on site after 4pm it’s difficult to get help with anything. The place was conveniently located close to Brisbane entertainment centre but very noisy in the morning.

Stayed in a Standard Cabin with double bed and 3x bunks. No linen on bunk beds (booked for 2x people but planned on using one bunk). Bunks were filthy - crumbs and hair all around and under mattresses. Dog hair all over bottom mattress cover. Staff made no comment or apology about it when informed and asked to clean it. Bedside tables covered in crumbs and dirt. Mould in bathroom. Room wasnt ready for check-in. Tiny space for walking into bathroom next to bed. Inadequate window coverings and no privacy for double bed area. Bright and sunny at 6am with no way to block out light. Overall very disappointing stay and would not recommend at all.

Rooms are quite dirty. Beds uncomfortable, stain on sheet and other bed sheets had holes. Small bathroom, leaky tap, stained shower floor, minimal ammenities. Tried to check out at 10am, office doesn’t open till 10am on a weekend…

We stayed after a concert at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Great location, only a 5 minute drive away. Very comfy beds.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient to the Brisbane exhibition centre. The only negative was the bed base wasn’t in good condition as the very comfortable mattress sagged in the middle.

We went up from the GC to go to the Brian Adams concert and this place was great. Nice and close.

O hotel em si e ok! Bem localizado. Ja a questao ds limpeza que me deixou um pouco incomodada pois o microondas , a mesa e embaixo da cama estavam sujos. E aqui nao esta deixando adicionar fotos.

Check in was easy. Staff were helpful. The room was clean and spacious with good natural light. The swimming pool was a bonus. Even though I had prepaid my tariff I got a greeting text the evening before my arrival with a link to online registration that said I hadn’t paid anything and would have to pay an even bigger tariff. Apparently this is an automated and standard practice which makes no sense. It worried me all night that I might have been scammed for the prepayment. Not a great way to start my holiday. The mattress my room was very soft and sank down in the centre so I didn’t get a very good sleep. I think it was a foam mattress and probably a bit old. If all the mattresses are like that, they need to be upgraded.

Likely the best place to stay in Brisbane area. We have stayed there three times now and it’s very nice

Stayed in the Garden Room, terrible and unacceptable cleanliness level for the following reasons; - fridge and air con made are extremely noisy, had to turn the air con off in the end. - bed and pillows were terrible. Bed was hard and could feel the springs, and any slight movement the bed rolled around the floor. - cleanliness was disgusting to the point I didn’t want to stay. Hairs in the bathroom and a dead cockroach. A beverage was spilled next to the bed, so clearly the room had not been cleaned properly. - you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbour does. Ours wanted to stay up all night, resulting in zero sleep (I suspect this may have been a permanent tenant, as this property allows permanent tenants). - parking would not be adequate should the premises be full, and there is no off street parking as it’s on a main road - decor is old, dated and dirty, paint is peeling from the walls. - smokers are allowed on each balcony, resulting in smoke blowing into your room as well. - no staff at all on premises. - WiFi did not work. I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews for this property. I would never ever stay here again, and definitely do not recommend anyone else stay here.

Good budget option on Northside. Close to shops & amenities at Taigum. Rooms are clean & comfortable, but a little older in style. Wifi wasn't the best, but was available. Staff were friendly & efficient on check-in. I will stay here again.

I was pretty disappointed that 4 nights stay cost double my weekly rent. Firstly I received a text asking me to sign an agreement which stated I owed $ which I had already paid on booking. We arrived slightly early to be told our room wasn’t ready. To then receive a text 15 mins later telling me the room was ready and the keys would be in the lockbox- like really 2pm check in and you have no staff for check in at that time?? We travelled 9 hours for my sons surgery only to arrive to the beds that were not made for my children- so we went to make the beds only to lift the mattress to find FOOD CRUMBS, hair, dead bugs crayons uno cards.. we then had to sweep our floor as there was hair, dirt and fluff- after sweeping the floor and under the lounge we swept out clothes tags and then used wet wipes to cleanse the black sticky marks off the floor! The bathroom is so cramped ur knees hit the cupboard when sitting on the toilet. We went to shower the kids that night and as you stood next to the shower the floor dropped a little bit and you could see the floor separating from the shower Then there was no privacy to the bunk bed windows where my children slept. My partner was outside at 6:30 am when a resident of the park decided he would walk topless down the side of our cabin where my children were sleeping. And then after being told no he complained and said he always walks this way. That same night at 9pm that same resident was sitting the window next to the main bed !!
