Ottimo appartamento, pulito,moderno,in ordine e funzionante. Servizio reception ottimo, due cose abbiamo chiesto e sono stati super nel risolverle e ci hanno anche riservato il taxi x la partenza mattina prestissimo Non si trova vicino al centro

Appartamento carino, arredamento moderno e buona la pulizia. Ben servito dai mezzi. In 10 minuti di autobus si raggiunge il centro.

-Haisi viemärille. Pieni tyyny. Sänky todella pieni kahdelle ja muutenkin huono. Sohva kuopalla vaikka vaikutti aika uudelta. Pesukoneen annostelu lokero aivan homeessa. Ei äänieristystä. +Keittiövälineet hyvät. Uuni. Lähellä metroa. Kohtuu halpa.

Estuvimos en un apartamento para 4 personas. Habían 2 habitaciones: una con dos camas individuales y otra con cama de matrimonio. A parte sofá cama en el comedor. En frente del apartamento un corte inglés dentro de un centro comercial en el que puedes comprar de todo. El apartamento disponía de cocina, mesa para 4 personas en el comedor donde también hay un televisor. En la cocina nevera, lavadora y microondas. Todo por un precio asequible. Que más se puede pedir?

Es war alles Super, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 18 minuten erreichbar, es war abends laut da der Straßenverkehr sehr viel befahren ist, ansonsten alles Super. Wir waren von Montag bis Samstag vor ort mit der Familie.

Great location near citytown and parc. Metro and busses are close to the appartement just like the city rental bikes. The appartement is quiet adequate with two rooms, bathroom little bit outdated. The check in beside office hours is challenging but with some patience it worked out.

Bel appartement, près d'une station de métro. Endroit équipé de commodités pour la cuisine, lessive. Bien situé dans la ville.

El apartamento está perfecto, todo nuevo.La ubicación es buena porque al lado tiene parada de metro y de autobús.Lo que no me ha gustado es que se oyen muchísimo los coches por la noche.También tiene de bueno que hay una explanada al lado para aparcar que está medio vigilada por “gorrillas” y cobran la voluntad.Delante hay un centro comercial con tiendas y restaurantes.

Hemos ido varias veces y se mantiene en la misma línea, la pena es que los gorrillas han tomado la zona y arman follón por las noches, el aparcamiento es complicado, no hay parking.

Ein sehr belebtes und helles Appartement in einer extraordinären Lage. Wirklich in allen Belangen außerordentlich gut. Danke dafür.

Personeel heel vriendelijk! 1 schoonmaakster was om 15.20 nog niet klaar en was zeer onbeschoft tegen ons, appartement zou om 15.u klaar moeten zijn en wij mochten onze koffer boven laten van de receptie aangezien zij zo laat was, het 36c was buiten en wij daar buiten stonden te wachten. Ze was zeer onbeschoft. Maar we hebben daar toen geen punt van gemaakt. Appartement is schoon, ruim, maar te weinig glazen, bekers, bestek en potten en pannen. Geen afzuigkap. Maar prima om je te redden. We verbleven 6 nachten en kregen 2 wc rollen? Airco was zeer goed maar we hadden alleen een lakentje om mee te slapen. Kamer zou over 4 dagen pas schoongemaakt worden. Maar dat hebben we zelf schoon gehouden. Buiten is een shopping mall tegenover ons appartement. Maar naast de ingang van appartement zitten elke dag 2 some wel meer louche Marokkanen waardoor je je niet altijd veilig voelt. Die zelfde louche gasten zijn daar overal in de straat en dwingen parkerende mensen om hun fooi te geven om te parkeren, dat zie je dan als je langs loopt. Dat is eigenlijk het enige wat onveilig voelde. Voor de rest is dit echt een top appartement, wel gehorig door af en toe feestgangers uit NL of Spanje zelf maar vooral veel lawaai van buiten. Maar zelf dat is niet erg. TIP VOOR HET PERSONEEL: graag een klein blaadje achterlaten hoe dingen werken, tv had wel geluid maar geen beeld? Omschrijving douche? Omschrijving rolluik? Noodnummer aangezien receptie na 19u niet meer aanwezig is? Restaurants enz?

The property is very clean and the staff very attentive. When we got in the apartment there were some towels that did not look the cleanest inside a closet and there was no hand soap. As soon as we brought it to the reception's attention, they took care of it right away. Other than that, the place was super clean. There were two families and we rented two apartments. We would have liked to be next to each other or at least on the same floor but that was not possible and we were on the 3rd and 5th floor. It would have been nice to have it differently but it was not a big deal. The building is mostly short rentals so the staff is on site and that is really great. There is a lot of parking around the building and the Corte Inglés is just on the other side of the road. Also, you are well located to take any road and there are several buses that take you directly downtown.

Located very well for public transport. The metro was about a 2 minute walk away and the bus stop about a minute away.

Lots of construction and noise . Building was very clean and that includes the apartment. It’s a little out of the way and when you take a taxi , it can pricy
