Did not like the guy at parking . He did not help us unloading our bags or giving us the rolling to put our stuff on and stated he only helps valet parking customers only . So rude.

Neither amazing nor terrible. Just a good place to stay.

courteous staff, great breakfast, clean

We liked the fact that there are many places of entertainment all within walking distance. We did not like the amount of homeless folks.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room clean and very comfortable.

Great property and staff

I liked the location and convenience of the hotel - very well situated and service was excellent. One comment is that house keeping skipped us a day and when I brought it up and asked that they come after a certain hour (we would be out again), they came multiple times until I really emphasized a certain time. But not a problem.

The hotel was ok. You would set the air conditioning to a certain temperature and it would blast you for a half an hour, and then it would turn off after that, it would get muggy and hot and you would go through the same process again. Also be careful they charge for valet parking only and it’s like $61 a night. A lot of us that are not from big cities. Do not want to park our cars on the street or at another parking structure. We don’t know. Breakfast was OK as well. I honestly thought there was really nothing special about this place.

All the amenities the hotel had to offer and the staff was amazing

Great location but I didn’t realize that you were charged for parking. I believe it was $60 for a full 24 hours. I’m not sure if that’s how every hotel in downtown is or just this property. I assumed parking was complimentary with reserving a room.

Hotel and staff are great but parking is a bit expensive around the area
