I showed up after 3:30 p.m. and there wasn’t a clean room to be checked into, so we went and ate. Came back and was able to be checked in. The rest of the stay was fine until I checked by bank account the next day after checkout. I have two $20 charges (they told me I would be charged $20 for incidentals), a $91.89 charge, and two $111.89 charges. We checked out of the hotel three days ago and so far I’ve only been refunded $111.89 one time. I’ve called multiple times and still haven’t been able to speak to a manager! So I paid $146.22 on hotels.com for this room, and have been charged a total of $355.67 from Holiday Inn and reimbursed $111.89, leaving $243.78 outstanding.
