Hotel muy comodo y bien situado

Güzel bir otel, geniş ve konforlu odalar , Konumu çok iyi zayıf kahvaltı.

Really nice room, very spacious, everything you need to a comfortable stay. Perfect location between the old town and the main shopping/dining street. Minibar prices very reasonable. Only downside is water and coffee did not get replaced at all during our 3 night stay.

Love this hotel, staff and facilities are excellent, one of my favourite hotels.

Very nice

The hotel was well located, the room was excellent and was very clean. However, the breakfast and the service were terrible. When we arrived on day 1 we took our own seats as staff were just looking on. No offer of tea or coffee just a small machine that produced half a cup. No cereal, no fruit salad, no gluten free options and the cooked food was congealed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Also such a shame as otherwise the hotel was great

THIS IS OUR PREFERRED HOTEL IN BUCHAREST, AND FOR YEARS WE WERE MORE THAN PLEASED. THIS TIME WE FOUND OUT THAT MAINTENANCE OF FACILITY HAD DETERIORATED : - DOORS OF THE WARDROBE IN THE BEDROOM WERE STUCK, AND COULD NOT BE USED, ALTHOUGH ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT. - TO TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE AND NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED, AND SEAT SLIDED AND WE SLIPPED OFF THE SEAT. ETC. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT MANAGEMENT OF A CLASS HOTEL WILL IMPROVE THE MAINTENANCE, TO AVOID DISCOMFORT AND ALLOW GUESTS TO ENJOY THE STAY.

Spacious room, upgrade, stylish interior design and walkable to old town

The external architecture of the building is gorgeous, and the interior seemd recently renovated. The cleanliness and some other points can be definitely improved; corners were dusty, the wooden floor presented usage marks, curtains were wrinkled, cabinet in the bathroom was damaged inside and the mirror extension stand was quite weak and unstable. The amenities were not refurnished during 5 nights stay. The room was rearranged and the towels were changed daily, even if the services have not been requested. I must say that it was pleasant to find the room rearranged after a long day of meetings. The decoration of the restaurant is gorgeous (if old pink is your favorite color). Don't miss the vieuw from the terrace! Unfortunately, the staff of the restaurant is lacking professionalism; they are not customer or services orientated. If aproached, a kind reply was given. For the rest, it seemed they were trying to avoid any contact with customers. The location is great, very close to hot spots.

Beautiful hotel in old town area, very walkable! We enjoyed our 3 night stay, able to walk to so many spots, the staff were friendly and spoke English well. Bucharest is amazing and the people are friendly and warm. Breakfast was plenty to start off your day! The hotel was very roomy, it was nice having a sitting area, basically an apartment but no kitchen. You have a kettle for tea or instant coffee. We didn’t try the restaurant but there are some exceptional restaurants right around the corner we did try, Vatra is a must go. Hotel was so comfortable and had very good amenities, comfortable beds and premium linens. I highly recommend!

The hotel and the staff is perfect, breakfast amazing, just a important point to know, take care when you are at the hotel, they are taking monetary advantages. What happened to us about the payment, when we did the reservation, we explained we will be 3 persons, two adults and our son 12 years old, and then at the hotel charged us a additional cost for our son because for the hotel, just is free of charge if our son is a baby with 1 year old, that was unfair. We reserved and paid in advance for 3 persons They justify my son will sleep at the sofa, but the sofa was not for sleeping, is a seating small area, NOT a sofa bed, they give us at the lobby a kit bag with sheets to put there Anyway they took the money, really was a shame

Hotel a quattro stelle meritate. La nostra suite era spettacolare e pulita. Il personale molto gentile, professionale e attente ad ogni nostra esigenza. Hotel situato proprio al centro della città, quindi comodo per chi vuole visitarla. Consigliatissimo
