The front grounds were beautiful and many people enjoyed sitting in the chairs outside. A great spot for a picnic or games with kids. The rooms were good. Cleaning staff nice a friendly. Overall a good deal for the money.

Reasonable price, comfortable and close to airport, shopping, restaurants. Could do with an update of bathroom facilities and tv.

Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. I will return!

Excellent place. Even though this inn is near Ottawa international Airport, there's no loud noise nearby. The rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. The washroom had the basic amenities. Really loved the place.

Very quiet and out of the way atmosphere but very close to parliment. Highly recommended. Will return next time I'm in Ottawa

Not 5 stars but clean and a very nice area. Booked a room for 3 people, was charged for a third person. The room came with a bed and pull out sofa. Only bedding was on the bed, would assume they would have put bedding for the pull out couch. Happy we had a blanket and pillow in the car!

It was ok.

Room had a weird smell like it hasn’t been ventilated in a while. The free breakfast offered is not true, it’s “light” meaning only coffee and muffins

When I first walked into the room it smelt and felt very clean and welcoming. Would recommend!

Good economic place.

Bed sheets seemed not washed in a while. Washroom doesn’t have shampoo. Remote’s not working.

It is great value for money. Staff is friendly and it is clean and safe.

This was my second time staying there, first was October 2024, I was glad it was available again this year. I liked location, the easy access, drive right to front door and open grounds with open grassed area and lawn chairs, easy to relax which is what I needed on both occasions because of family deaths. I will be returning next year to Ottawa from BC and the Inn will be the first place I look for accommodation.

Free water would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything was alright.

I like that it was a quiet location but close to amenities. The ground outside were well keep with chairs to sit at to enjoy the outdoors. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa to sit and watch TV. There were some hiccups with housekeeping but nothing that couldn't have been fixed.

Friendly customer service and tidy room, no complaints.

Basic needs were met; clean. Bed was a little soft and check in took some time (not the Inn’s fault, everyone came at the same time). We will go back because price and location are good for us
