Hotel lama. Tempat tidurnya tidak nyaman dan kendur. Semua perabotan sudah tua.

Hotel ini agak kumuh tetapi terawat dengan baik. Parkir gratis di beberapa lantai. 7 Eleven berada di seberang dan juga ada klub tepat di bawah hotel. Secara keseluruhan hotel ini lumayan.. sekitar 1,5 KM dari pasar malam Lee Garden.

Tempat terbaik untuk menginap bersama keluarga

Tidak ramah, sangat buruk, berbicara dan bertindak seolah-olah Anda adalah pemilik hotel sendirian.

Bau apek, ada sisa makanan di kulkas, kran air rusak, ada karat tak kunjung lepas. Lift digunakan untuk naik turun dan hanya memiliki satu kompartemen.

Tidak memiliki restoran halal di dekat hotel.

Best.. lain kali bisa diulang lagi

Staf pelayanannya sangat baik. Pemandangannya indah.

Menyeramkan. Bau tak sedap. Karpet berdebu, begitu juga kamar. Perabotan sangat tua. Kepala pancuran berkarat. AC tidak berfungsi. Kami sempat meminta untuk pindah kamar tetapi resepsionis mengatakan semua kamar terisi penuh. Hanya gedung tinggi dan area resepsionis yang bagus. ✅ Senang dan puas hanya dengan resepsionis pria yang baik saat check in. ❌ dengan kamar dan fasilitas. Semoga manajemen merenovasi kamar hotel.

Saya digigit kutu busuk dan kaki serta punggung saya menjadi bengkak.

The staff were very friendly but there is one staff that is didn't like at all because when I was asking for new pair of toothbrush, he ' s saying to me that I have to go to 7 eleven to go buy my own toothbrush.

Seamless check-in with accomodating staff. The rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is situated in a not so busy place though it ' s in the heart of the city, making it a wonderful place for quick stays.

พนักงานบริการดีมากๆ แต่ ห้องฝุ่นเยอะมากๆ สัมผัสได้ตั้งแต่ก้าวแรกที่เข้าไปในห้องเลยครับ จามบ่อยเลย ยิ่งตอนตื่นนอนรู้เลยว่ามีแต่ฝุ่น เพราะตื่นมาเจ็บคอ อยากให้โรงแรมปรับปรุงฝุ่นในห้องพักหน่อยครับ เพราะพนักงานบริการดีอยู่แล้ว ติดปัญหาแค่ห้องพัก แต่ถือว่าเป็นปัญหาใหญ่เลยครับ

Kamar berbau apek, pengap! Sangat Berdebu. Hotel bintang 4 dengan interior kuno. Staf ramah. Hanya saja tidak bisa early check in padahal tamunya gak ada.

Type of room: Premier Room (Connecting Rooms) We had a very inconvenient stay for 3 nights. We wanted to cancel booking and go to another hotel but they told us to deal directly with the application. The room was in bad condition. Pool of water in both rooms on the floor from the AC, as we entered the room on day 1 itself. We complained and the staff just threw some towel on it. Due to that the room was moist and damp and smelly. That night at 11pm after we complained again, they changed our rooms because the smell got bad. Despite the change of rooms air conditioner in new room was still not working. Room was hot and not comfortable at all. At 2 am maintenance had to be called in for repairs. At 2am they assessed the compressor at the balcony through the window giving us sleepless nights. Again they told us to change the room as it could not be repaired. It is easy for them to keep changing our rooms but it causes so much inconveniences to us to pack and move our things over and over again. Rooms were not clean with hair on floor. Heater was not hot enough and we had to bathe in almost cold water. Staff at the counter could not communicate with us even in simple English. We couldn't get much help on getting info on Hatyai or nearby whereabouts. Breakfast had very limited choice. Sadly, a few packets of cashew nuts I bought as gift for my friends and relatives were missing. Only realized it upon reaching home. Did not notice it earlier as I bought 3 plastics full of goodies. I'm seeking for refund for both rooms for all the inconveniences we had to endure making our holiday very unpleasant. Photos has been submitted in the other review.

Not a pleasant stay it was, faulty ac not working leaking yet hotel gave out the room to their clients. Room not clean upon check in, wet towel on floor to cover leakage from the ac in room 312 and314. We then we changed to different room 303 and 304 where 303 AC gave problem at 2am not working, had to call the reception they sent in the maintenance person at that hour to go through the room window out on the balcony to check on compressor. We could not sleep at all. So warm and causing us to be awake for hotel maintenance to work at 2am when customers are within the room. Why wasn't this check being done before you have your customers check in? Again the hotel suggested that we move to another room at 2am to 3am how many times do you expect us to pack unpack move from one room to another? Room key for 318 was given but we did not get into that room at all. We definitely did not have a comfortable stay not a pleasant place to book rooms here. Please arrange for full refund of the selected rooms immediately. Thanks!

Lokasi menarik, harga berbaloi, bilik bersih, selesa dan luas. Parking pun banyak.

Saya hanya pergi ke sana untuk tidur, lelah karena perjalanan seharian. Jadi tidak ada yang bisa saya komentari. Cukup adil dengan harga yang saya bayar.
