Quarto amplo e muito confortável, o atendimento da equipe foi excelente, além de muita simpatia, nos ajudaram com ótimas indicações e também com reservas em restaurantes. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e servido na mesa de forma personalizada. A localização é muito boa, o que nos permitiu conhecer uma boa parte de Palermo caminhando.

El desayuno fresco y muy bueno, pero limitado y con poca variedad. La habitación es amplia y con muy buenas amenidades. Surgieron algunos desperfectos, pero un simple aviso en la recepción y todo se solucionaba. La ubicación inmejorable, en una zona segura y caminable. La calle es un poco ruidosa, pero se compensa con las buenas cosas que se ofrecen. El alma y lo que vale realmente de este hotel son sus empleados, que siempre tuvieron en detalle, una sugerencia o una sonrisa para nosotros. No dudaremos en regresar cada vez que estemos en BA.

We had such a wonderful stay here whilst on holiday in BA. The staff were the difference, so friendly and helpful, made the stay even more enjoyable. Felt like a boutique hotel with all the trimmings, would recommend for anyone looking for a lovely hotel.

The shower in our room was terrible to use. It would fill up after only a minute or two of using it. We asked for it to be serviced and it was only marginally better after that. It made our stay unpleasant as it was hot out and showering was not relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily book again. Highlights: Fantastic location — right in the heart of everything you’d want to see and do. Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked perfectly (a huge plus), and the TV included Netflix. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Robert at check-in was especially great — he kindly accommodated our request to switch to a room on the other side of the property without any hassle. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the servers were consistently friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Tanya for starting our days off on such a positive note. One small area for improvement: While everything was clean and the room was spacious, a bit of modern updating would really elevate the overall experience. That said, the comfort, service, and location more than made up for it. A wonderful stay all around.

Hotel was clean and staff were extremely helpful. Short walk to metro.

Room was amazing super clean modern decor. Bed was the most comfortable bed we had stayed in the whole trip.. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. They pointed us into better restaurants than the ones we had booked and the breakfast staff were so happy and pleasant and made our experience even better. The breakfast itself was delicious as other reviewers have noted. I think this is a great value and highly recommend this hotel. The only con would be that it was a little bit noisy in the morning because we were facing the street, but it wasn’t a big deal.
