Comfortable std twin bed room, non std pillows, with empty bar fridge to put your drinks in. Decent clean modern bathroom. Value for money stay.

The hotel suited our purposes perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. You need to become familiar with public transportation to enjoy Vienna as a tourist if you use this hotel. There is an Underground station few meters away, but if that kind of thing intimidates you, consider another hotel. The area around the hotel is quiet which makes it good for sleeping but you need to get to one of the main areas to have the best Vienna experience. There are a few restaurants and bars near the hotel and it was safe enough at night, but the action is elsewhere.

LGBT friendly. Stayed there for Vienna pride. I had a great time.

アパートメントタイプの部屋に宿泊しました。旅行の最終泊でしたが、広いスペースがあり、荷物整理がしやすかったです。 建物の特徴でもありますが、9階にあるこの部屋は、浴室と寝室の一部に天井が斜めになっている部分があるため、頭をぶつけないように注意をする必要があります。お部屋は冷房が効いて快適でした。 朝食は充実していて、家族にとても好評でした。 ドナウ川まで歩いて10分ほどで、川の近くにある聖フランチェスコ教会の外観はとても美しく、壮観でした。

No issues, staff were nice and helpful.

One bed was worn-out making hard to sleep in. However they didn't want to change the mattress and offered a stinky smoking room as alternate.

Gym was closed for renovations, despite being advertised as available. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, wies jedoch Mängel wie schimmlige Dichtungen in der Dusche, eine undichte Duschtür und abgewohnte Möbel auf. Die Matratze war stark durchgelegen, die Badezimmertür schwer schließbar. Größtes Problem war die defekte Klimaanlage: Sie lief selbst im ausgeschalteten Zustand regelmäßig (etwa alle 30min für ~3min) laut weiter. Laut Personal sei das Problem bekannt, eine Lösung jedoch nicht in Sicht. Ein Zimmerwechsel brachte keine Besserung, da auch dort die Anlage störte. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, konnte die strukturellen Mängel jedoch nicht ausgleichen. Der Eindruck entsteht, dass notwendige Investitionen vom Eigentümer vernachlässigt werden. Wäre die Klimaanlage funktionstüchtig gewesen, hätte der Aufenthalt trotz kleinerer Mängel deutlich besser ausfallen können. So jedoch bleibt nur eine Bewertung von 2 von 5 Sternen.

In der Nähe von Messe und Prater gelegen war das Hotel ideal für uns. Auch mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist man gut angebunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und günstig. Und auch das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Somit gibt es eine Lob für das Haus!

Room was a little dusty on arrival, especially under the beds and tables. Bathroom door handle had been damaged previously and locking mechanism didn't fully retract if used. Light above bathroom mirror never came on either. We took the room as it was advertised with a bath which our daughter would have benefited from, room only had a shower. Communal areas were very well maintained and front desk assistance was very helpful on check in/out and also assisted us with a uk plug converter at no charge. We only stayed for one night and were out early the next day so didnt mention the issues at the time.

The staff is really friendly and it's walking distance to Prater park and a mass transit hub. I travel for work, often for multiple weeks at a time. There are three things I always look for in a hotel: refrigerator, laundry, and parking (if I'm renting a car). Though small, there is a refrigerator in the room. Big enough for a few bottles of water but not much more. They have a laundry service, but be warned it is outsourced, very expensive, and cash only. Parking is available in a secure garage about 2 blocks away for a fee but be sure to reserve a spot when you make your reservation. Otherwise if you're lucky, you might find a spot on the street. The room itself is adequate and relatively clean.

El hotel está muy bien, no es céntrico pero tiene una pasada de metro y estación muy próxima (Praterstern) que conecta directamente con el aeropuerto a través de la linea S7 por 4,50€ y sale cada 20 minutos.

The hotel was located quite close to some attractions, like Prater for example. But it was also 5 minute walk to the underground for a 10 minute ride to the main area. The breakfast was nice.
