The room was very clean, well presented with a large shower area in the en-suite. The assess to the room is via a door to the rear which leads into a dining area with two tables and chairs, a fridge, tea, coffee and milk. Paul the owner greeted us on arrival and gave us access to the driveway to park our car due to it being a permit zone. The property is also close to the town centre to the shops and restaurants. We visited the Fisherman’s Wife for our dinner having a 3 course deal for only £26.00 each. When we’re back in Harrogate, we will definitely come back to Acomb Lodge *****

Lovely, quiet little guest house, conveniently located a short walk from the station and from the convention centre. The host was friendly and accommodating.

It was in a great location,with off road parking.The room was very nice and clean with a good ensuite .A tidy and ample breakfast area with a decent selection of cereals and tea and coffee. Convenient stay for the town centre .

Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and modern. Nice and spacious en-suite. Great location as you can walk to the town centre and the many local restaurants. There is parking available. Paul was welcoming and attentive. Good value for money!

Rang the owner a couple of days before our arrival not a problem that we were arriving at 2pm. Lovely greeting on our arrival by the owner nothing was a problem to him. Well presented room for our stay . Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay, with off road parking, though some shuffling of cars may be needed. Check in only until 7pm so be aware if travelling a distance

Enjoyed or stay at Acomb Lodge. Room was lovely and property was just 2 minutes from the centre. Paul was very helpful during our stay saying where we could go to eat. Would stay here again

Very comfortable and relaxing. Owner very helpful and approachable. Room was cold on occasions. Needed to have optoon to turn heating on and off on occasions. But overall everything was good.

Just needed a quiet place to stay during a short trip to Harrogate to visit the baths, hotel was clean and comfy with tea/coffee making facilities, perfect for what we needed and owner was on hand to help as needed

The customer service here is out of this world lovely!! The owner is wonderful, and willing to help any way possible. Due to the weather it was a little warm in the room but other than that it did the job, perfect location to walk to the centre. Had tea and coffee for the morning to start the day right :)
