A warm welcome on arrival before being taken to room. The room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed and en-suite shower room. Great view over Mersey to Liverpool. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. Local transport links to Liverpool only minutes walk. The owner and her son make you so welcome it’s almost like a b&b. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Friendly family run hotel. Great value for money, comfortable and very clean. Super close to Seacombe ferry terminal. Short taxi ride to local train station. Will definitely stay here when back in Liverpool.

Very good stay. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend it. And we will probably be back there at some point. 👍👍

Amazing experience from the moment I got there to the day I left. Dave and Cheryl are such amazing kind caring compassionate people. I came up for the Liverpool fc title parade and Dave and his friends took me into the city was so glad to have someone there who knew where they were going. Would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastiske folk som jobber på liver view. Utmerket service og rommene er rene og utrolig komfortable senger. Frokosten veldig god. «Come as stranger, leave as friend» står i resepsjonen og det var sånn jeg følte det var :)

The property is in the perfect position for the ferry to Liverpool. Dave couldn’t have been more helpful, he supplied us with travel cards to top up for cheap ferry & bus trips and his local knowledge was a great help. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and more than adequate. The only problem for us was the lack of evening food nearby. “ The Ferry Pub” was nearest, a good 15 minute walk each way, the food was good & good value.

Amazing hosts that made us feel very welcome and gave great suggestions re things to do and transport options. Breakfast was cooked to your preference. Comfy bed. Loved our stay here.

Fantastic stay - room very clean annd well appointed and had really comfortable bed. Breakfast was ace! Dave made you feel really welcome. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely stay again.

I wouldn't want to visit again

Dave the host was excellent, very welcoming .Room was clean and tidy with tea making facilities to hand . Bed was normal double size and very comfortable.Breakfast was cooked fresh with a fair few options .Excellent place to stay if you want to explore Liverpool as it’s only a stone’s throw from the famous ferry cross the Mersey 👍👍

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning staff was very helpful, free parking out the back and no hotel tax, just 10 minute drive in to liverpool city centre

We stay here during the Grand National and I can’t speak highly enough of the place. We were met with amazing hospitality by Dave and his wonderful family. The room was clean and super comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was delicious and definitely filling! Any future trips to Liverpool I will staying here no debate!
