Hotel was basic but good value for London. Shower OK. Room and bathroom cleaned every day. Tea bags and milk tubs added daily. Towels changed 3 days out of 4. TV useless. Needs about 30 minutes to warm up and limited channel choice.

Had arranged car parking prior to arrival... No arrival details sent and no reply to 10 phone calls to the hotel.. Ended up parking on side road and walking to hotel... No one on reception but guy in bar next door assisted me in checking in. Room tiny, noisy as over main road, shower cubicle tiny and unable to turn on cold water so ended up getting scalded Overall shocking experience

Value for money

Excellent value for money. Cosy room with a nice comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants in the area to grab a bite. The on-site parking was a bonus.

Muito bom! Hotel bem localizado, Tilak foi super gentil e nos ajudou demais. O chuveiro é bem quente, mas isso não atrapalhou pois fomos no Inverno.

Horrible! Please don’t go there, bug beds anywhere, I need my money back, it was a nightmare stayed there, city of London please closed this place

This property is probably one of the best I've stayed in in London I really enjoy the atmosphere and the general look of the hotel the rooms are always immaculate and almost feel Boutique and very high class fixtures and fittings to make you feel cozy and beyond suite is always fully equipped and clean there's extra glasses cups and always coffee and tea available I cannot felt this face one a little bit and I love it and I'll come back again

I arrived late in the evening so used self check in which was easy to use and well explained. Only a 10 minute walk from the tube station too. The room itself was really good, very clean, modern and comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower was not working (room 110). It had been fine on a previous stay so I can only assume this was a new issue. The pressure was fine but there was no hot water at all. The sink water was working perfectly so I think it was a. Issue with the thermostatic valve in the tap. Aside from having to have a freezing cold shower I had a comfortable stay and would come back. It had to leave early so didn’t have any breakfast. Self check out was very simple.

The room was clean overall including wash basin, toilet and shower. The Receptionist was nice and friendly. So valuable regarding the price.

Ev charging as well, very helpful staff, will be using again

All good except there was not a soul to be seen; all press button services. This was a bit creepy.

Reliably one of the best

The rooms are very clean and are filled with all the necessities. The staff member was very professional and extremely nice. Will definitely be coming back to stay in the future if I have any events in London again.

Zimmer war sehr klein. Das ganze Hotel war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab im Hotel kein Frühstück. Mülleimer waren bei Anreise nicht geleert, wurde nach Aufforderung dann aber erledigt. Alle Oberflächen im Zimmer und vor allem der Fußboden waren extrem verdreckt. Trotz bitte um Reinigung wurde diesem nicht nachgekommen. Bettwäsche war auch nicht sauber. Die Umgebung des Hotels war ganz ok, viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Lovely welcome on arrival. The Windmill is ideally located with good city centre links via the Thames link and the underground at Kilburn. Good local restaurants and shops close to the Windmill.

It is an older style building but as staying only one night did not find the time to investigate. On the 189 London bus route so good for the shopping centres at Brent Cross and for Oxford Street.

This accommodation is first class, from the staff and room spec level, to the shower pressure and quality of tea, everything was there that I could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and all tastefully and freshly presented
