Der Aufenthalt war super schön! Der persönliche Kontakt grad beim Einchecken war sehr herzlich und hat mir geholfen, mich in dem altehrwürdigen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hotel zurecht zu finden. Der Spabereich ist modern, klar gegliedert und sauber! Hat mir extrem gut gefallen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit mit Ausblick auf den Silsersee und habe so alle möglichen Stimmungen erlebt, vom Nebel, einer Morgenstimmung bis zur Abendsonne! Einfach herrlich! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, gut geschult und freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem Hotel! Würde sofort zurück kehren….

Es war rundum schön, hervorragendes Essen und vor allem war das Personal durchwegs sehr freundlich!! Uberall waren wunderschöne Blumensträusse ,die dasHerz erfreuten!Eine sehr spezielle ,unvergessl.Athmosphäre

Man wird vom Hotelier und seine Frau persönlich empfangen und verabschieded. Grosszügige Gastgeber, ich bin 3 Tage zu spät angekommen und man hat mir offeriert so lange zu bleiben wie ich kann, 4 Tage seien ja schon bezahlt. Herrliche und sehr ruhige Umgebung mitten in der Natur umgeben von Wald und mit Aussicht in die Berge. Viele Spazier- & Wander-Wege. Traditionelle Grand Hotel Atmosphäre pur! Kinder- & Hundefreundlich. Grosser Pool und SPA Bereich. Die Massage hat meine Rückenschmerzen auf fast Null reduziert. Diverse Restaurants. Dress Code von Sportlich tagsüber bis teilweise Elegant am Abend. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Good Vibes! Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The staff made us feel really pampered. We arrived just after midnight, and the concierge came out to our car to greet us, carry our luggage, and show us to our room. The maids were incredibly attentive with fresh towels and cleaning the room. The dining room staff were always polite, courteous, and professional. The hotel was superb!

Such a well run hotel. It was a pleasure to stay here. So much thoughtfulness and care without being fussy or stuffy. The setting is gorgeous and the comfort is top notch. I arrived on a late train, was met at the station, whisked to the hotel, greeted there by two of the staff and then one of the owners, given a tour to get oriented and taken to a comfortable room that was quiet and had a great night's sleep. The small touches - like fresh fruit both in the room and freely available on every floor -- make you feel welcomed and cared for without being interfered with or imposed upon. In the morning I made use of the workout rooms and then the elegant spa facilities to take a morning swim. Finally it was time for breakfast. Not to be missed. This is a great hotel and sets the standard for the entire area.

Family owned hotel, the owners are constantly looking after the guests needs and wellbeing. This makes the big difference to all the hotel chains. Definitely a wonderful place! Most of the guests are repeat visitors and this shows that the majority has the same views!

Das Waldhaus Sils ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Der Empfang der Gastgeberfamilie, der stets freundliche Servoce, das Interieur, die musikalischen Darbietungen-perfekt.

Le lieu est fabuleux, au pied de Val Fex et surplombant le charmant Sils Maria et ses lacs. La gentillesse du personnel et des propriétaires, le spa, la forêt, le calme. Des spaghetti ail huile et piment en room service absolument exquis mais aussi très frustrants par la portion trop petite! Un détail en rapport avec le plus qu’agréable séjour passé. Bien plus tranquille que St Moritz et tout aussi proche de toutes les fabuleuses choses à voir dans la région.

Fantastische Lage und entsprechende Aussicht! Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und charmant. Entsprechend wohl fühlt man sich, auch als alleinreisende Person. Zudem wird jeder Gast bei der Ankunft persönlich vom Chef begrüsst, was viel über dieses seit 1908 familiengeführte Hotel aussagt... Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein 5-Stern-Hotel. Werde bestimmt zurückkehren!
