Besides the small room, Love the breakfast at the rooftop, the staffs were very friendly. Hotel is closed to different restaurants, bus stops, and a museum. If you have to check out but need to stay around for a few hours, the hotel staff offers you to take care of your luggage while you go around!! Love the eco friendly design!

Clean rooms , excellent location

Ótima localização, perto dos principais museus de Madri, conveniente para transporte público. Camas confortáveis e quarto silencioso. Ótimo café-da-manhã e as bebidas incluídas compensam não ter um frigobar à disposição. O único porém é que o quarto e banheiro são pequenos e há um degrau, com desnível no acesso ao banheiro, que pode complicar a mobilidade e também há pouco espaço para acomodar os pertences pessoais.

Parabéns para toda a equipe. Todos os funcionários são muito gentis. Deram dicas de tours e indicações onde comer e até lavanderia. Quartos muito confortáveis e limpos. Disponibilizaram um berço para o meu bebe. Quando voltar a madri ficarei nesse hotel.

Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. The Prado Museum is right next to the hotel as well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura moderna e curata, stanze ordinate e pulite. Location centrale, a due passi a piedi dalla stazione metro e treni e dal Museo d’arte Reina Sofia. Hotel situato vicino a bar, ristoranti, fast food.
