The staff was courteous, the rooms were very clean and the views were stunning

Absolutley beautiful location with stunning sea views. The villa we stayed in was the second row up but it was so close to the sea you could actually hear the waves from the balcony. The villa was spacious and very clean with lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom was big with 2 sinks, however the only negative thing was the shower! It was just a hose shower that didn't really stay in place so you had to hold it most of the time or else just use very little water pressure! Not a huge thing but a nice rainfall or power shower would've made it perfect! The villa was cleaned every day and they gave us extra towels when we needed them. We had breakfast in the Oleander Beach Bar which was really nice! We didn't go to the pool as the beach was way less crowded and the water was perfection! Beach beds were €10 each and €8 for a parasol, so very good value. Water shoes are definitely a good idea as the beach is stony but once you're in the water it's fine! There were a few restaurants nearby and a few more in Srebreno which was a lovely short walk along the coast. It was also very easy to get the little ferry to Dubrovnik or Cavtat (we did both), and then an Uber back which was approx €12 from both. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here! The staff were also extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return to beautiful Mlini!

My husband and I booked a Villa and loved it!! The accommodation was spacious and clean and we had a wonderful view of the sea from our large balcony. The amenities at the hotel (which we had access to) were excellent and the location was very convenient to Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again!!

A lovely stay in one of the premium beachside apartments. Apartment was well kitted out for our stay with stunning views across the sea. The cleaning could have been better after finding blood stains on the bedding. Also a hot water tank that only accommodates one bath was a little frustrating but not a huge issue. Check in was a little chaotic having a separate check in desk for the apartments and being asked to check-in at another desk, then being sent to the back of the queue of the original queue. Also only having one buggy running at a time to take you to an apartment that was a 1min walk away was a little odd. Still, a very enjoyable stay and will be happy to visit again.

A propriedade do hotel é muito boa, com excelente vista para o mar, dentro do completo tem piscinas, restaurantes e praia, numa localizacao muito tranquila. Dentro do quarto era limpo mas saíam muitas formigas no batente da porta do banheiro, pedimos para verificar mas nao vieram. Tambem achamos o quarto apertado demais para tres pessoas, o ideal seria para duas pessoas.

Huoneisto sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella, ei liikenteen melua, ei ongelmia nukkumisen suhteen. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Aamupala tilavalla parvekkeella. Hyvät sängyt, tyynyt vuodevaatteet.

Beautiful surroundings. Close to beach and transportation to other local areas by ferry. Bus stop was within walking distance as well. Friendly staff. Very clean. Good options for breakfast.

Fantastisk hotell, nyyydelig leilighet og bare positivt å si! Ikke gå glipp av et opphold på Astarea!

We stayed just one night at Maistra Mlini Villas. We checked in online the day before arrival. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was already evening and a staffer took me on a golf cart to the apartment. The setting is beautiful and we will most likely come back again. There was one problem, at the entry gate. It is reasonable that you have to push a call button on your first arrival. However, the road is very steep and the button is so inconveniently located that a second person had to get out of the car, push the button, and call the stuff to open the gate. We were leaving mid-day, next day. The gate did not automatically open even though the front of the car got very close to it. So, the second person had to get out of the car, get to the other side of the road/gate, and push the call button to ask the staff to open the exit gate. I am not sure if this happened only to us, but this issue should not be happening.

The villas and the new hotel are just lovely. Perfect setting with excellent dining options too. Highly recommend. Look up Mikki’s Croatian kitchen too. AMAZING cooking classes and dinner.

Even though there was a misunderstanding with our reservation, the personal at the hotel did all possible. Our villa was wonderful and we will definitely come back. Beautiful views, very comfortable and excellent service.

The property did not update on the check-in process, so this was a problem when giving directions to the taxi driver. The unit we had, however, was functional and clean, with a gorgeous view. The property itself is beautiful!

Oppholdet var bra, men veldig stille her. Ikke sesong så kanskje ikke så rart. Ligger litt for seg selv. Fine bungalower men mye mauer. Steinete strand. Kort vei med buss til Dubrovnik. Lite turmuligheter.

The resort is in a beautiful village, Mlini. Our apartment was immaculately clean and we had housekeeping every morning. Somehow they always managed to clean our apartment while we were out for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The resort is in a perfect position halfway between the airport and Dubrovnik old town. The fact that we are planning an other holiday to this beautiful place is proof of our recommendation!
